you're the only reactor that I really find so sincere, everyone be saying "oh they're so good" but never pauses, never search up for lyrics, never show interests to learn the message BTS was delivering, you're the only reaction channel that I watch. You're very honest.
I agree!! Love watching u!
AGREE!!!!
agree!
Yes. So authentic to me too. I hope he will have the time and means to do this more. Either way, we'll be here for you man!
Him and Tribe Loui are the only ones I care about really
it’s one of my favourite bts songs.
The song gives voice to their fears. Fear that one day music will not be able to move or influence them. The moment they encounter the black swan within them, however, they are struck by the paradoxical realization that music is all they have.
"It's the confession of an artist who really knew what music meant to him.
Right. This song's inspiration came from a quote by ballerina Martha Graham which says, "A dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is more painful.” So BTS is voicing their fear of losing the passion to music, which will be like their painful first death.
G DRAGON KING
I feel exactly this way. Thank you for saying it so well.
The lyrics of Black Swan make you feel as though you are in constant nauseating motion because you are afraid to slow down and must seize the moment. You are afraid of dying your first death as a dancer.
Not only as a dancer, generally talking about what we're passionate and super pressured about. Getting results, great expectations, feeling like u don't want to do it anymore...everything about it.
G DRAGON THE KING
It's ARMY day today... Happy 10th ARMY birthday 💜🎉💜
This song is an art!
Oh that’s dope…right on time..Happy ARMY day ‼️🎉🙌🏾

@@G.Rudi.B They do also have a song called "Dope": ruclips.net/video/BVwAVbKYYeM/видео.html; or you might like "Fire": ruclips.net/video/ALj5MKjy2BU/видео.html; both older classics
you need to do a live performance for Black Swan, literally stunning, it's my favourite BTS song, to me it's art ,a masterpiece and it's aging like the finest of wines, also the orchestra versions is just >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
in my opinion the best live footage is from PTD Los Angeles concert (do you agree?) (not PTD from Korean online concert bc of injured member sitting out; i wasn't sure if there were fewer dancers on stage PTD Las Vegas was that stage smaller?)
Yes agreed ALL BLACK SWAN live was amazing but the most top tier for me was from the PTD concert
Yes I agree!
@@evehhr2 :)
i'll try to find a cool clip that shows the most amazing visuals ........ :)
Try "Home"! Pop sound with incredible lyrics that mean a lot to the fandom. Also Airplane Pt. 2 (Latin pop), Idol (traditional korean instrument sound with a strong beat), Singularity (Tae's solo song, very RnB)
actually the idol mv is a mixture of both Korean and African and the instrumental was inspired from gqom which is a genre of music that originated in South Africa
I get so genuinely excited when you upload, always worth the wait!
🙏🏾‘Preciate chu…like really💚
Love this song and so happy you gave it a view. If you want another one of their songs in a different genre, try out Airplane pt.2! I used to start days out listening to it! Well wishes and borahae to you and to all of ARMY.
Airplane 2? I’ve seen that a lot too as far as suggestions..good lookin💪🏾
I love Airplane pt. 2. It is a Latin pop song. There is a Korean and Japanese version, the Japanese is definitely my favorite. The flow with the language sounds best. It’s amazing that a group of men from Korea would give us a Latin pop song in Japanese and it sound that good regardless of your culture or location. You have to hear it to believe it. I love the music video because of the dancing.
@@G.Rudi.BJust be careful reacting to the Japanese Music Video. Their Korean MV’s are open for reactions but the company that does their Japanese MV’s is really strict. Maybe check out a live performance of it or have that as a backup just in case the MV gets flagged.
@@stacybenderdubiel5286 I always watch the Japenese version of it because it's just impeccable to me. I am just thankful to them everyday for what they have done and continue to do! I am happy I get to live in a time of fantastic music. :)
I second this suggestion
Black Swan is a masterpiece! The beat was produced by PDogg. The producer and written by are always posted above the lyrics in doolset =) Don't forget Jungkook's single Seven is being released on July 14th and hitting radios in the US, so please react to that! He will also be performing the song the same day in Central Park at GMA Summer Concert 💜
idk about hitting the radios as bts do not do payola/playlisting but their songs do get sent to radio. it’s just a matter of if the stations really put them on rotation which in the past, because they don’t pay for radio playlisting, the stations have always been less inclined to do so. we shall see. either way, we will be doing everything we can for jungkook’s debut. 💜
no that's not true, Jimin's song wasn't send to radio, people had to request it and radio used the mv w
if they played it
pdogg also was one of the producers of Face, you should listen to it. Like Crazy debuted at 1 on Bb
@@bunnychims6729 no, it is infact true. every song gets sent to radio. but just because it does, doesn’t mean it gets on rotation BECAUSE bts does not pay for listing. it’s WHY we needed to request songs in the past. it’s been like this for a while.
"Run bts" is FIRE. I think you'll really like it. There is no music video but i really recommend you to watch either the dance practice or the live version. Both are FIRE!
Thank you for the reaction:)💜
Я о ней сразу подумала 👍
Love your reactions!! Personal opinión tho, Justin Bieber is not good enough to be on this track. This is song coming from the heart and it was something difficult the boys had to go through. Maybe another piece but definitely not this one. This is a masterpiece all in it’s own, it doesn’t need Bieber in it. This song is perfect as is. 😊
Leave Justin outta this huh? Lol 😂 Nuff said…this one goes untouched
I agree with you 💜
Definitely no justin. He wouldn't even come close
I love your reactions! You really pay attention. Please keep going.
Thanx fam for tappin in 💪🏾🫡
Shoes off!! Jimin got to show his experience with contemporary dance in this MV. He was amazing in this video.
Thanks for doing this one! So happy you want to explore their music more! Just love your genuine reactions. There are so many songs to choose from. They all have solos and group songs like this. We love everything they do, as you know. For something different in the hip hop genre, you could try Crush: Rush Hour (featuring J-Hope). As I know you like to explore other artists - but it still has the BTS connection. As for BTS songs - just choose. I'm sure other Army will have great suggestions. If you want a recent release RM's Still Life (featuring Anderson Paak) is awesome -deep like you like it. Full BTS just anything! Maybe "ON"?
Thank you..yup someone just said “On”
Yes it’s got to be ON Kinetic Manifesto Film.
@@G.Rudi.By yo! I just got notification! WTH? But anyway, can you please do more than once each song? You should have do at least 4or5 song in one post react. I think would be awesome and probably save your time! I really love your reaction! also I really appreciate you taking the time to insight into the lyrics. Most of BTS works is no joke! Every song has a lots of deep meaning & story lines.if you want to know about vocal line my suggestion is..
Serendipity or lie by ( jimin)
Singularity, stigma ( taehyung aka v)
Epiphany, awake (jin)
My time, stay alive prod. By suga aka agust d by( junkook aka jk)
And vocal line song is the true untold, zero o'clock, and fake love, blood sweat and tears, mic drop with Steve Aoki, Baepse( silver spoon) dance choreo, dope, fire, DNA, idol, dionysus, ON kinetic manifesto film is definitely must watch!!! Dynamite, butter 😅 or entries of the album! Too many! I can't even count on. BTS never had a bad song!! Or and don't forget their are also have dance practice choreo. well come to rabbit hole!😂😂😅:) BTW, I'm a little bit jealous of you how you can be able to attend to agust D concert you are so lucky! But I'm happy for you. Because it's so hard to get BTS tickets. :)💜
Siiiiii ON!

Black Swan screams ART. Everything about it is so beautiful. Even the other MV with orchestra version is so beautiful omg
Exactly 💯
“Black Swan” is inspired by a quote: “A dancer dies twice. The first time is when he stops dancing and this first death is much more painful” by Martha Graham, a brilliant American choreographer and dancer. “Black swan” is about their fear that some day they’ll lose their passion for music and this would be their first death.
They chose to use autotune in this song was to show the group's shadow (their deepest collective fears/secrets) vocally, the fear being that they would fall out of love with their craft. It was RMs idea to use the autotune to blend their voices, (which makes sense since he adores Kanye and Kanye uses autotune on his vocals). Black swan is based on Jung's work of the map of the soul where the shadow, ego and persona (and more) are all equally important parts to a person's construct. The dance moves in particular you can see in the beginning they pluck what seems to be invisible string instruments, while at the end of the choreography they seem to be hanging by those very strings like puppets. Their shadow (fear/secret) has consumed them.
Ok, so... the song draws inspiration from both the ballet (Swan Lake) in it's choreo and imagery, but also draws a lot of inspiration from the movie "Black Swan", which in turn is heavily based on the Japanese anime film "Perfect Blue". Both movies break identity and deal (in a non-obvious way) with Carl Jung's theory of the self: Persona, Ego, Shadow. In these movies, a female performer spirals into insanity as increased pressures in her career cause her to lose grip of herself and reality. “Black Swan” tells the story of Nina, a passionate ballerina (Natalie Portman) who struggles to maintain her sanity while competing for the main role (the White Swan, Odette) in “Swan Lake.” Meanwhile, “Perfect Blue” follows Mima, a former (Japanese) pop idol whose sense of reality begins to waiver as she attempts to transition into a career as a serious actress. Both stories feature a female protagonist is put in highly stressful situations and that makes them question their identity and ultimately conjure up a doppelgänger that messes with their psyche (persona, shadow and ego, basically clash). Just as Nina suffers from the pressures of being a ballerina, Mima is also forced to deal with the strict expectations of being a Japanese idol. Their personal conflicts also bleed into their professional lives causing them to spiral out of control. In Nina’s case, it comes in the form of her oppressive mother and in Mima’s situation, it’s an obsessive stalker fan. At the core of the film, both protagonists have a psychological battle with themselves that results in hallucinations that blurs the lines between fiction and reality. In the end, like I said, these films break the self and deal with themes like loss of passion and the heartbreak that come with working for your dreams. Black Swan (BTS), at its core, reflects these themes. I think that Perfect Blue can be chillingly on point for BTS, since they too are idols and experience some of the things that Mima experienced as an idol and continues to go through. BTS reflect the core concepts of these movies, identity, and conceptualise them to reflect their fear of losing their passion for music and, by extension, losing themselves. They portray people who are afraid that music is all there is to them and are afraid of losing themselves if they lose their passion.
This song became even more heartbreaking for us after their FESTA Dinner 2022, when they announced they’re taking a break from making music as a group. They expressed that they had been feeling lost and unsure of their identity as a group since the MOTS: 7 (this song’s album) release and the plan to take a break had been in place since then. They planned on having their world tour (MOTS Tour, which got canceled due to COVID-19) and then taking a break to work on their solo music, not only to find their unique flavour as artists, but also to rekindle their passion for music. Reading the lyrics for Black Swan, it makes sense that RM cried after writing this song. It expresses their fears at the time, how they felt like they no longer had an identity and feared they’d die if they lost their passion for music.
Black swan is a song about trying so hard for something and in the end losing your focus and love for it. That's why it's so relatable. It speaks about artists first death of not being able to do and enjoy that art anymore and it hurts more than the real death. Man I really love BTS
Me too🥰
💜
@@kafjaf6387 happy ARMY day 💜💜
I agree, as much as I love their all English songs, their Korean discography is where it's at. I would recommend going over their earlier works, starting with:
We Are Bulletproof Pt. 2 - *edited - this is part of their debut album, where they fire back at their detractors early on in their career
N.O - this was BTS shedding light to the oppressive school system
Dope - here we see a glimpse of BTS' mentality about working hard on their craft
Bapsae (Silver Spoon) - BTS' call out to people in power
Blood, Sweat and Tears - one word: EPIC!
Up
Up
No more dream is their debut song
As always I loved your reaction!!!! There is a famous quote by dancer Martha Graham (creator of contemporary dance) "A dancer dies twice-once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful"...BTS is telling the same in this song but with music...despite they have increasing fame and are rich...they are artists...most to them is art...and they are saying if someday they lose their creativity and passion for music, gonna be their first death. Also, they are talking about the strength to fight against their own shadows to keep doing what they love to do.
Black swan is real work of art!! The music, choreo and visual. But! I think you will like “Mic Drop” and “On” for sure!!! Support from France, keep going man!!
S/O to France ‼️🇫🇷🇫🇷Whas hannin!..thanx for the continuous support..I’ve heard Mic Drop but jus didn’t react to it. I’ll checkout “On” tho thanx Teresa🙏🏾🤙🏾
On Kinetic Manifesto is an awesome music video. The dancing is epic.
“Film it now” makes perfect sense in the story of BTS. Everything BTS has done for the last 10+ years has been documented on film. Black Swan is a very personal admission that the music they so passionately pursued in the beginning may also become the death of them (Killing me now) in the end. And, true to the BTS story, it WILL BE captured on film.
When BTS first came out in 2013 they mainly did hip hop and r&b. They started to branch off later on and do other things later but their hearts are in hip hop.
Yeah, Idols basically rap, sing, dance, host, present themselves in appealing ways to their audience, model, and hold a standard of beauty. We really don't have the same kind of entertainment professional in America because we don't expect so much from our stars.
To see some of BTS' personality, because idols need to show case it to make it, I suggest Run episodes. Ep 32. The boys are younger but it is fun and easy to watch for someone new to BTS as a whole.
Thank you for not only checking out the boys but still looking into other musicians too and putting just as much love into those videos as well!
Yessss RM can definitely sing. He a solo album called Mono which is very deep and soulful. And now his latest solo album Imdigo is a mixture of different sounds . They are both truly amazing ❤
He sings in RM too...
Oh I know he does, however, Mono and Indigo showcase more of his singing vocals which this reactor was definitely interested in hearing, that's why I pointed out those 2 specifically.
If you wanna get more into the vocal line I recommend
Jimin “serendipity” or “like crazy” (from his solo album)
Jungkook “euphoria”
V (TaeHyung) “singularity”
Jin “Epiphany” or “the astronaut” (from his solo album)
All of these songs showcase the vocal line really well and they all have videos so no need to search for subtitles!!
All great suggestions ☝️
Singularity!!! I love that song so much
Yesss
taehyung stigma too
jungkook will also be releasing "Seven" this upcoming friday july 14th!
I love all their music. If you look into the singers solo songs you will LOVE Singularity by V. THAT is soul. Written by RM
i recommend you dionysus (mostly the live performance)
Recommendations of vocal line
V - Le Jazz de V
JK - Dreamers at 2022 World Cup Opening
Jimin - Like Crazy at Jimny Fallon and Set me free pt2 MV
Jin - The Astronaut at Coldplay Concert in Argentina
All vocal line: The truth untold live

OMG the base-line you made @11:00 sounded exactly like Louder Than Bombs by BTS!
The lyric is right, actually! It is "Film it now" and now "Feeling it now" and it make sense if you know the context!
This is the note under the "Film it now" lyric by Doolsetbangtan:
*"Every moment, even the moment where they struggle at the bottom of the sea, becomes eternity because it is filmed. This reminded me of the scene where people were holding their phones up to take pictures of SUGA in Interlude : Shadow and concept photos (S version) of LOVE YOURSELF: Answer."*
BTS is always filmed in every possible moment. It's how life is for them as someone who's in the spotlight. So when they say "Film it now", they're basically saying *yeah, go on, film my downfall too* or at least that's my own interpretation! 💜
Ohh..well when u put it that way lol 🤷🏾♂️..O my bad then, thanx for explainin that 💯🙏🏾
Love your reaction. I love when you’re like wow, I thought this would be more popish. Haha ❤
*not "Feeling it now" :") sorry I made a typo
@@G.Rudi.B no worries! sometimes we need more context to understand the lyrics 💜💜 I love your reaction and comments on every song! Please keep being genuine with your reaction :)
yes! also to add on, the reason it sounds like feelin me now is likely due to their Korean pronounciation shining through. In Korean there is a lot more emphasis on words being broken down into syllables in a certain way, and that comes out in their pronunciation of English words. I think in the same way they sing “fake” as “fake-uh” in fake love, they sing “film” as “fil-um” here in black swan. They turn those one syllable words into two syllables.
so black swan was one of the song that they’re supposed to leave us with before they go to a break and military in 2020. BUT because of the pandemic they postponed their plans. Nonetheless, this song was definitely about their love for music. Music and art has always been their passion and soul. So for them, if writing songs, singing, rapping, and/or dancing does not resonate to them anymore, it will be their first death (as mentioned in the lyrics of the song). I love this song personally because it symbolizes a lot of bts’ artistry. From singing, rapping, song writing to dancing. Plus, their emotions…UGGHH SO GOOD!
We appreciate how you take the time to really appreciate the artistry and lyrics. You are top tier, my friend! If you are interested in high energy songs, I recommend On Kinetic Manifesto, Not Today, Fire, Idol and Dope. If you want some smoother, R&B type vibe, Singularity, House of Cards (no MV for this one but there are live performances), also the live performances of Dimple/Pied Piper are great. Blood Sweat and Tears has an artsy feel like Black Swan 💜
As you saw on In the Street, J-Hope was an award winning street dancer before he hooked up with BTS. He learned to rap from RM, Suga, and the other guys in BigHit at that time. Hard to believe huh? He says that he raps the way he dances, with the rhythms that he feels in his body. I think that's why he has such a unique flow and approach to rap.
I agree with everyone saying ON and Mic Drop but I also agree with those that said Baepsae (silver spoon)! I think you’d also really like DOPE!
it is "film it now" they just said it in Korean accent as "fileum it now"
like film how they struggle to hold onto their passion
Someone just explained that to me, and that does make sense…I didn’t think of it that way
@@G.Rudi.B it's ok. we learn new things everyday 😊

Gameboyy, just when I thought I couldn't like and respect you any more than I do already, you said you thought of "Dynamite" as a commercial track and loved their Korean music so much more. *I cannot wait* to see your reaction to "Blood Sweat and Tears"! You want to be surprised by another out-there genre BTS can do? Well, "Blood Sweat and Tears" is moombahton!
Happy BTS Army Day to all Armys out there. Today 9th July is Army's Birthday and we got a book by them.
Thank you for reacting to one of their masterpieces.
The fear is not that fans wont resonate with their music but they themselves would fail to get inspiration, and feel dead inside. This is an artists first death..
And you will notice shadows every where.
At first its moving frantically, in the end it is calm.
Shadow represents this fear.
Please listen to their solos that they are dropping-
For the vocals start with;
Jimin's Set Me Free part 1
and Like Crazy (this has an English version too)
Black Swan is def one of our most prized BTS songs. Because it was really a honest take from them on the struggles they were having with this immense success and what that meant to them as ppl who are actually artists. Also as someone whose been a fan from the jump, it’s so interesting to see people who are coming into as a group BTS later, that the more R&B sound is a surprise. BTS does amazing pop (and we love it!) but R&B and hip-hop is their primary/foundational bag as a group which is why they have such a strong and untouchable rapline hip-hop base. The vocal line also contributes a lot when it comes to writing and producing and creating melodies. I am really interested to see you getting a chance to learn more about them as a group! Also you should most def watch the dance practice for the song 👀. If you’re surprised about the rappers dancing here you’re in for it…
You mentioned at the end that the fear of your music not touching other people or being as impactful is reasonable. But it’s interesting because i don’t necessarily think that is the major concern of black swan. It’s looked at in a very introspective way and rather than being concerned that others wouldn’t enjoy their music, their concern is within themself and whether their own music wouldn’t resonate with them or bring them joy anymore. It’s the fear of losing passion for the thing you love most. The song plays on the concept that an artist dies twice- and the “first death” the rappers keep mentioning is them losing passion for their craft.
Love seeing your reactions💜
I am sure you know this now, but to clarify for anyone reading this later....they were not expressing fear they would lose their impact or influence. They were expressing fear of losing their passion for their art. It's a deep fear of all artists. That the art ceases to move you and ceases to have meaning for you, the artist. That is the first death they talk about, the death of an artist who can no longer find their passion and love in their art, can no longer perform or create. They were in a period of intense burnout at the time, having gone ten years (counting trainee time) with no breaks. Continuing to produce art was like squeezing blood from a stone for them at that point. They felt spent and empty, even though they were still producing stunning art, but their music reflects that struggle.
But, just after this dropped and before they went on their sold out, biggest ever global tour, the pandemic slammed down on all our heads and their tour was cancelled. They found themselves suddenly on the other side of burnout - being forced to be idle when they wanted to work, to tour, to perform. It was a really difficult time for them, and I think it gave them a really different perspective on their thoughts of burnout when they suddenly could not be with ARMY and not perform on stage. They all took it really hard, particularly the younger members (Jimin, V and JK.) Jimin channeled his pandemic hard drinking depression feelings into his later album Face.
"Look at the rappers dancing boyyy~"
😂 long time no see, hope you're doing well! This came out of nowhere haha but I like it.
In terms of recent solo stuff, I recommend RM's Indigo album :D "still life" or "wild flower" have mv's. Or just vibe to it on your own time, no need to react, the album is a vibe. He sings there too!!
I would recomend Spring Day, it is very different but it is a highly loved song within the fandom. Since its realease in 2017 it hasn't left the Korean Charts. They performed it a lot during the pandemic because of its message. I had heard BTS music "in the wild"and I was like "cool" but when I listened to Spring Day and read its lyrics I was hooked. No turning back, I have been an Army for 2 years now.
Check out the MV for j-hope’s ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ featuring Becky G. The lyrics are in English, Korean, and Spanish. Afterward, you can appreciate the live SoWooZoo performance of the song with all the members of BTS.
RM is behind this poetic song ,he wrote this masterpiece. I will be glad if react RM 's indigo album is so poetic 💜
It's a little bit different from your usual content but I highly recommend watching A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor Mari if you want to know more about them. It's a longer video but I'll be willing to watch the whole thing to hear about what you think! You'll also know how wide their genre is through that video.
I've really been waiting and waiting...
💗💜When do you start reacting BTS songs.
... Because you've been focused on the rap line so much🥰
💗💗It's just o.k.
You yourself determine the order.
I've just been a little impatient😭🤭
1) This beat we believe is one that yoongi put together ! It bears a striking resemblance to one that he had played around with on a video where he reviewed a midi board. The video is up on BangtanTV
2) Yes, ALL of rapline can sing as well as rapping, dancing, producing, etc
3) A lot of ot7 BTS music is not strictly pop / isn't pop at all ! That's why we sing the praises of the range they have in sound across all their work xx
4) The lyric is correct "Film it now" and is commentary on how public their lives are, how sensational and televised every mistakes, misstep, how even their downfall would be in front of a camera; They were feeling burnt out, and had planned to release and tour MOTS7 before completing their military service. Plans changed due to COVID
5) The title "Black Swan" is based of the theory/metaphor of the same name ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_swan_theory )
"The black swan theory or theory of black swan events is a metaphor that describes an event that comes as a surprise, has a major effect, and is often inappropriately rationalized after the fact with the benefit of hindsight."
Alongside doolset's blurb about their fears of their own 'first death' as artists & performers and the lyrics of the song itself talking of how the one thing they love more than anything; if it cannot resonate or if they feel nothing by creating, performing etc, if and of that, if music no longer inspires emotion in their hearts that would be their "first death"
Also to address how you were talking about Dynamite sounding more like typical/commercialised pop, Dynamite, Butter, and Permission To Dance were all decided to be done in English to give people easy, uplifting, fun music during the Pandemic. They wanted the tracks to be more accessible commercially to reach a wider audience of people in hopes that the fun of them would help boost morale for as many people as possible because of how grave the pandemic has been.
Rudiiii we miss your videos so much! Is everything ok with you? I hope you will be back posting more videos soon :) I want to see more of you discovering BTS but I would LOVE to see your reactions to Stray Kids as well - I think you'll like them A LOT based on your previous reactions! If you are taking suggestions, here are some of their music I think you should react to: Christmas Evel (SO MUCH FUN - you'll love every second of it) , Thunderous, God's Menu, LALALALA, Ddaeng (Freeze), Venom, ITEM... oh, so many - but you'll enjoy it I promise :)
Since you brought it up, ALL of the rap line can sing!
Speaking of singing RM…
Have you listened to any of RM’s latest solo, Indigo? Track one: ‘Yun’ with Erykah Badu…and then it gets BETTER. ruclips.net/video/nCCkPnkdgOM/видео.html
It's been wild seeing baby armys get to know the members as soloists BEFORE diving into ot7 content. Like coming into the Magic Shop through a different side entrance lol It's so interesting to me
'Run BTS' live from Busan concert, you should check it out, I think you'll like it!! It's AMAZING!
I absolutely love Black Swan, it's really a masterpiece..a story of how as an artist losing your passion is like death 💜💜
RM's MONO and INDIGO ALBUM, you could choose any song you want to react to cause its all masterpiece
the lyrics hit even harder knowing that they wrote them when they were starting to lose their passion for music. They were "dying their first death," the death of a musician. Their plan was to do one more tour after this album came out, and then go on hiatus to try and find their passion for music again. Obviously they didn't go through with that cause of the pandemic, but still.
I recommend you to listen to
Epiphany by Jin
Run BTS
House of cards by the vocal line
Louder than bombs
Blood, sweat and tears
Yes the rapline can sing and some of the vocalists can rap 😁Jhope is actually a sub-vocalist and a dance leader of the group. RM and Suga didn’t think they’d be dancing when they first joined but they’ve come so far!
I highly recommend Suga "Shadow" music video and BTS " ON" music video choreo is tight 💜
Also to note - JungKook (JK) is releasing a single next Friday. It is going to explode! No doubt about it. It's called "Seven". He's the youngest. He can do anything - incredibly talented in everything. To give you an idea on his popularity - He went on a live stream recently and fell asleep and more than 6 million people watched him sleep for about 20 minutes. hahaha then Hybe HQ turned off the feed. hahaha People just love him. So charming, so real. And wow can he sing!
Autumn Leaves if you looking for that R&B vibe. Plus Yoongi produced it, so you know that beat nice.
ruclips.net/video/kbx0k7Y26aE/видео.html This is No More Dream performance live with English captions. You will like it. 💜
It’s the Korean stuff you like. I promise. 💜
I would suggest “Not Today”, “Blood Sweat & Tears”, and “Fake Love” by BTS if you need more songs lol.
Since you want to know the vocal line better and want to be surprised- Still with you by Jungkook. He is their main vocalist. Or Stigma by V. Stigma is DEFINITELY R&B.
Jungkook and V are the only members of the vocal lines?🙄
@@febessisarah9447 That is not what I said. Please watch his video and then my reply.
My bro enjoys music fr. I missed watching ppl who do reactions bc they like music not only bc they want views. I'm so upset wity the current situation of Palestine and watching such stuff gives me some ease and energy, thank you.
Just letting you know that j-hope is the main dancer of the group and agustd's haegum dance video was dope af
You’re the best BTS reactor in the game right now. Please keep it coming!!! 💜
This is the song that made me ARMY!!! I loved BTS before... but this did it! I get excited seeing my faves react to my faves
Please react to whatever you want. Enjoy this experience of discovering bts. Everyone will want you to listen to something but please just listen to what you want. Enjoy this :)
If you want to check out the vocal line, here are some suggestions:
The Truth Untold
V - Stigma (The live version)
Jimin - Like Crazy (more upbeat) or Alone (a little darker)
Jin - Epiphany
Jungkook - Dreamers (Worldcup song, most recent one) or My Time
is it me or like everytime you do bts reaction there's always someone calling you? hahaha
also everytime someone asked me to recommend them a bts song to check out to, i would ask them first their preferred genre because BTS has a massive discography that covers as many genres as possible. there's always one that will match you that will then take you down the rabbit hole.
Definitely like straight rap with substance or jus shit talkin…R&B songs like this wit a lil bounce…and slow ballads where they can show off vocal range..
Yaayyy! I was waiting for this! Thank you for your reaction 🫶🏽💜
Thanx for pullin up!!!🙏🏾🫡
@@G.Rudi.B I'll always be looking forward to your reaction videos! 💜
This is the year MY MUSIC BLOWS UP.. I’m a make mama proud of me!! 🙏🏽🖤✨ … this hardddddd 🔥
Maybe listening to their old albums then to their recent ones is the way to go. Ask army for help because there's this *correct order* of watching it for you to understand every concept. This is a WHOLE MASSIVE STORYLINE that you must understand.
For you to witness their growth and huge difference from OTHER ARTISTS, you must do it the ARMY WAY
My husband is a big hip hop fan and his faves are:
- Ampanman
- Go Go
- Bapsae (silver spoon)
- Airplane pt. 2
- Airplane & Baseline by JHope
These 2 are also good hip hop albums to react to:
O!RUL8,2?
2cool4skool
Dark & Wild
Bonus: also, you’ll love their interpretation of puffy’s “missing you”, bbc live performance
Pretty much any of their live performances are fun to watch. Plenty of Army’s will give you excellent recommendations.
Some things in life cannot wait. Like the mandatory phone call interruption at 05:20. Classic.
House of Cards full length version for a Vocal line song! Also very much recommend Tomorrow and Baepsae (silver spoon)
It is Film. They mean that even when they are going through stuff they're always on camera and in the limelight. Their struggles and pain are always public. But knowing RM, the way film is pronounced in Korean could be a double entendre because he's very big on that and has contributed lyrics to most every BTS song. His wordplay is so impressive.
Also, the thing with idol groups is that every member can sing and dance. Those are prerequisites. So the rap line can also sing and dance. And most of the singers in BTS have tried their hand at rapping and want to do that too. Idol groups are multitalented. Even outside of BTS.
If you are into soul V is your guy. Try his Singularity or Stigma.
YASHH WE WANT MORE OT7 SONGS!!!
For RM/Namjoons singing you need to check out his new album "Indigo" - I recommend "Lonely" (which doesnt have an MV) or "Wildflower" (which does have an MV)
Happy ARMY Day! Black Swan was the song that made me fully ARMY as itmwas the one that showed me how different and raw the boys coukd be. If you want something totally different Airplane Pt. 2. If you want some of the hardest choreography either On: Kinetic Manifesto or Dionysus.
Agree with your suggestions there!
How in the whole world do I make you listen to their b-side "Rain"? Oh my God. Slow jazz (or pure R&B) mixed with hip hop? I don't know but 2014 BTS were ahead of their time. I really hope you get there some time 🤧
it actually is “film it now”! it’s in reference to the fact that they feel like they are constantly on camera and being watched, even the pain and heartbreak they’ve had to endure. thank you as always for the thoughtful review! 💜
I know you’re legit because you said you prefer their Korean songs!!!!! Like yesssss that’s the real shit
Your videos are so thorough and your opinions are so amazingly executed, thank you for what you post!
You should go back to BTS’s roots!
Listen to the first song they ever released in 2013 ‘No More Dream’.
They originally started out as a ‘hip hop’ group so it’s very ‘old skool’ hip hop orientated with a side of boy band lol.
I hope you enjoy it!
Go back to the roots huh??? I hear you, not mad at that idea
@@G.Rudi.B hell yeah
Randomly want to compliment you on your sound levels. So many youtubers either too loud or too quiet. You're *just right* with or without headphones on my side. :D
Black Swan is art 💜
Dope visual fr
Please review "Hormone War
좋아하실거예요 ㅋ
Their performance of Black Swan at the Permission to Dance Concert in Las Vegas 2022 was exquisite!!! I enjoyed it more than the official MV
Couldn´t agree more.
This was the best! I was there 2 nights!
Any BTS music video drives anyone crazy. I understand you💜😍
just a small correction. Basically dynamite is not a commercial song it later became so because of its popularity.
after the release of the album Map of the soul 7 came out BTS had planned a big world tour.
Unfortunately the Cov stopped everything.
They found themselves in a very difficult situation for an artist No more concerts, No more face-to-face contact with their fans.
But they didn't let it get them down, they decided to release dynamite in order to ask us the fans not to let it get us down either.
Even if the lyrics of the song are not very deep the message behind this song is deep.
You are exactly right and I appreciate that you took the time to say it. Dynamite and Butter are pretty low on BTS songs for me, but the sentiment behind them was truly to create something that people could vibe to without deep meanings and just have a break from the global mess we were all in. They didn't have any idea they would become what they did.
4:09 that’s the beautiful thing about bts !!! They do have vocal and rap line and probably dance line ? But they are all talented and can do all of them :) and rm actually has a really beautiful voice! Jhope too and they’re both really underrated
Heyyy youurr back on army bdayy owemjii🥺🥰
Is that right?!?🙃
@@G.Rudi.B yeep its our birthday todayy🥳, the day we received the name A.R.M.Y - Adorable Representative M.C. for Youth💜
I liked your reaction... Maybe you can Watch their " FAKE LOVE " MV, It Is a really good One, or some of their older songs like "DOPE" or "NOT TODAY" i think you might like those. Thank you for your enthusiasm. 💜💜💜
Yooo you are back, how is everything?
No complaints…Whas hannin witcha 🫡💪🏾
Great thanks and cannot wait for Seven by Jungkook.
If u need some shit that gonna surprise you like this and with this contemporary vibe, I’m highly recommend “Blood Sweat and Tears”, it’s the BTS’s song that made me ARMY.
Actually, I recommend the live show “BTA MMA 2019”, it’s the award show that BTS took over😂
I understand I also love their South Korean songs with English subtitles 😊
