There are different rules when dealing documents outside your department, whenever you encounter request that is outside your scope, let them ask first for approval to your manager. The standard traffic of documents and unique traffic must be identified.

These are memos coming from your department and memos received by your department. The inventory involved are: Incoming Memo, Outgoing Memo, Large Attachments like: Contracts, BankDeposits or PerformanceBond, Engineering Drawings and other technical specs, Accruals, etc. Internal documents like Company Procedures, Organizational Chart, Legal/Financial docs, etc. The formula is unique for each company, the above is a sample of what is being controlled by a DC.

Mam ask ko lang if pano makakuha ng first job as a document controller? Is it possible po ba na first work ko is dc agad? Since may knowledge naman po ako thru microsoft offices also encoding din po. Graduated po ko ng bsit and currently nasa dubai po. Any recommendations po for me? And if its okay po ba mam if makuha ko po linked in nyo?
