Louisiana has some of the best fishing , Fourchon and Grand Isle are some of the best deep water fishing . Then the marsh fishing is awesome on almost the whole coast ! I am very blessed to be born and lived here all my life !

If you get a pump spray bottle and spray that hull cleaner on with the spray bottle it makes for a much easier job and you can get in-between the steps easy.

In Texas Gulf of Mexico and even federal waters, non commercial fushing can only have 4 red snappers in possession! ??
This ain’t Texas!!! It’s 4 a person for us! I guess everything isn’t bigger in Texas.
LA fed waters can get 4. The ARS fishery is a complete mess and all about $$$

As someone who fishes the gulf on a weekly basis the fishery is actually doing quite phenomenal when it comes to snapper. Grouper fishery is rough down south but great in the panhandle and AL LA MS area

Dude we have so many snapper they are a nucance. You can hardly fish for other species because of our snapper population.

I’ve fished Venice fourchon and the keys and nothing fishes like the keys it is the best fishing hands down you could ever do.
it has so much pressure and get beaten down so hard compared to here, i love the deepwater complex fishery in the keys but man has it gotten tougher over the years
Sorry to tell you , Pulley Ridge is way better
ive fished a lot in pulley ridge and this area has a lot less preasure, pulley isnt what it used to be 5-6 years ago
