Hey Joe I'm sorry but your boy that's holding the guy has no clue what the hell he is talking about forward neutral he just needs to listen to you and everything will be all right but he has no clue what he is talking about he is trying to get you cut
Hey Joe, I'm looking into getting some okuma reels that will be used on party boats in FL. What model would you recommend me getting? Looking for 30w With and without level wind.
I would’ve almost been upset if you weren’t emotional after that catch. You’d just taken a monarch from the sea that your dreams are made of, it’s ok to let your passions be seen. Congrats on a awesome catch brother.
Now that's the birthday gift of a lifetime Joe. You are a absolute warrior for manning that rod for that entire fight, great communication between crew also helped but damn what a epic battle. Tight lines from Smyrna NC bro, ya'll are fishing right in my neck of the woods. Hoping you're going to make a video of bringing him into Portside Marina???
Thanks for another amazing video, Joe! I especially appreciate the overlay text explaining the intricacies of the fight you were in. You provided way more detail that I never knew, so it makes watching the battle that much more interesting. Great idea and keep up the excellent work! I was literally on the edge of my seat during the gaffing and roping. That thing was HUGE! Y'all are such a great team. Everyone yelling, but everyone understands it's the heat of the moment and the urgency, not getting mad at each other. What a catch!
@@joevtfishing Most emotional I;ve ever been watching a fight. I can't even imagine the adrenaline rush you must of felt. Would headsets help with the communication? I would think that most the the time the fish is off the stern so the driver could hear you but there were a lot of issues hearing each other with the fish being off the bow.

1:23 Happy Birthday, Joe🥳
thanks!!
Fantastic job that’s for sure. Congratulations.😊
Happy birthday Joe!
Greetings from me from the island of curacao.
What you did catch and because of the size of that boat is to show the world that boat size never matter.
What was the bait the leader and the reel you did use ??
Congrats. The big ones are tough at the end. The circles are so big, boat handling is key
we just got some longer rods that make it way easier, dont have to keep pivoting the rod around the bow
Nothing wrong with get emotional about something you care about so much brother no matter if it's a fish deer or whatever great job man

Awesome fish! Congratulations and happy birthday
Thanks a bunch!
Would headsets help with the communication? I would think that most the the time the fish is off the stern so the driver could hear you but there were a lot of issues hearing each other with the fish being off the bow.
i just have to talk louder, hes only like 10 feet away from me
Hell of a fish Joe! Right where we fish here all the time in mhc!
