You can actually train at the Shaolin temple, its just a very big commitment and extremely intensive and you are required to speak Chinese of course.
Watch the RUclipsr Ranton, he tells of his 3 year experience of studying at the Shaolin Temple, it does cost money to do the legit training, not the light touristy foreigner training, I wanted to do it but it was either learn Chinese and spend my savings on it or study in college abroad in germany and move in with my GF, I chose the later 😅
Wish I could have studied Shaolin Kung fu right out of college, oh well
