🇨🇦 I just confesse here for the FIRST time, ; I was diagnosed with cancer Stage IV , in August 22 , they told me I have only 4 months to leave ... Well, I discovered Master Shi Heng Yi, and I fallow EVERYTHING, step by step already 1 year now. Sure I can't do everything !!!...but I Don't Give Up. I started working and I do every Day what I can...Believe me, that WORK, the point is to begin and be constant with clear intentions. And the - Talk Time - is a powerful therapy , is my healthy frequency and healing ✨️ energy. Thank you for existing and sharing Master ! 🙏

Thanks, I have been following Shaolin excersices for approximately 18months and enjoying ever second. I am a retired fully fledged Carpenter and 84yrs of age. I feel sure that along with doing Shaolin excersices and being a carpenter I am still agile and alert. Robert Taylor (Keep on Punching) I cannot afford to buy anything beyond the insulting pension I from this so called GOVERNMENT. I need every pence to stay healthy and enjoy life.
The act of giving is in itself generous.

I don't know where this quote comes from, but something Shifu said in this reminded me of: none of us are free until all of us are free. I'm getting to the point in my life (and in my suffering) that I truly wonder whether my healing and salvation lies in leading others to healing and salvation. My freedom is their freedom. I experience this intense spark of aliveness every time I free someone from their situation, even just for a day, even just pointing the way.
This guy is top notch. Very real and very informative. Ppl everywhere struggle daily and fail to realize simple truths like this.

Wow. There's a lot of people who never embody the ideals they preach to the world but this man is nothing but genuine i can see it in his eyes and spirit. Such simplicity yet it holds such deep profound wisdom it is beyond thought or words i feel it in his being. "if you want to save yourself, save all others. if you want to save all others, save yourself. " Could not be more accurate to the human condition. Gave me chills.

Sometimes is fear good fuel how to lose him. If doctors say you, that you have few months to live...so all fears which you had are suddenly taken away. Suddenly you have only presence and no future. And in presence happen miracles.❤🙏🏻😅 This Shaolin Master speak many things which are full of wisdom and it's great to remind people these things because it can shift us to another way. For me personally is biggest teacher: death and own mortality. I am reminding self that every day is miracle that I can be here. It make me decide what is important and what isn't and then I give into these things energy.❤🙏🏻
Indeed fear has kept me stuck for many years. I know I am destined to become a lightworker in this lifetime since years ago, however fear has stopped me from fulfilling my soul mission and life purpose. The irony is that I now have to come out as a fulltime lightworker at my lowest point of my life and I’m expected to be bold and courageous despite the risk of bankruptcy

I live in a constant state of fear. It feels like I’m dying, slowly but surely my self is deteriorating. I think all through life the constant news feeds, threats, pressure from those who teach us to those who supposedly love us has finally created a void by which it’s hard to remember the niceties in life. I think the world is beautiful, it’s those in it that destroys our happiness for their own gain and at the price of the vulnerable.

Master Shi Heng is a very inspirational , powerful speaker , and exemplary Shaolin master .His words philosophy and teachings are very relative to the present conditions many suffer and experience, but with a big difference being he is Shaolin ; and with this is more direct and focused on imporving the soft weak mind, The weak soft mind that is commonly cultivated by such philosophoes such as Darhmic and Abrahamic. Sometimes you need to be strong in the face of uncontrollable danger and evil doeers.

I have really massive procrastination because of the fear. I am so used to that, that I mask my mentality like "I just don't care". But deeply I know that I am scared and trying to show off... I searched a lot of information about it in the web: youtube hella a lot of videos, Reddit methods and lifehacks, articles and so on. Nothing really changed... it helped for a day or two, but I myself didn't get a long motivation. I am scared to go for a therapy lol, even tho I am truly positive to life person. I love myself and I love life, being alive. This video rly gave kind of "enlightment". I try to listlen to it often and suddelnly feel like I become calmer and not that anxieted. I recently helped me a lot, like a meditation.
I realized at a young age ,, the power of the mind. I used that mind power to study and work 40 years strait..good success . All the proof in frames but it is actually the proof of mind power ...

Day 5 12 minutes. It is helping my focus. I can feel it. Less anger paying the bills. LessNger tolerating air pollution drug smoke. Saturday will try to increase to 15 to 20 minutes.
