I agree, but you should know that when you're paying that $21 million price tag, you're not really paying for the home, you're paying the land lease. In Hawaii, you have to pay for the land taxes which is separate from the house itself. I know, it's stupid.

This is what's called "a beautifully appointed home". All the spaces in this home make sense to me. Everything in this home is beautiful. I can definitely see myself living in this home. If I had the money, I would buy it. This feels like my home. The beautiful driveway, the beautiful swimming pool and dolphin feature as well as everything else in this home feels right. It's like a beautiful piece of poetry. I would also like to congratulate the estate agent and all concerned in the making of these videos. Unbelievably professional. With any real estate it's about the location. Even if in this case this home is facing what looks like a busy street. And it is an oceanfront state. Private beach? Not that common on the islands. Most beaches are public. It's not like on "Magnum PI"> :) Space is hard to find on the islands. Especially Oahu. You have about 1M people crammed onto an island a lot smaller than you think (most of us have vacationed there at least once...we don't get how small the place is just hanging around Wakiki or even Maui). I wonder what the property tax iss on a 21M property on this spot. $20k /yr? Is it still on the market? As this video was posted a few months ago. And will the buyer get a mortgage? :) I have seen nicer looking homes on the islands for under $10M.
