yo man, sick house and nice vid but some pointers for the editor and the camera settings. The exposure and the iso are a little unstable and the audio from the mod mic is fluctuating so much that it starts to peak . You could try and take more shots and tries so the editor has more raw footage to work with and maybe not slope up the background music to the level where the person talking can no longer be audible. The best thing for audio is to make sure the thing on the right for the db (for premier ) should be consistent so for example it hits 8db at the highest at all times and lowest at 6 dB so headphone users don't need to keep adjusting their volume and it'll give the viewers a more flowless experience.

The concrete walls makes the property very unique. Yet, I think 21 stairs to go upstairs is simply too many and not practical. btw, would you be able to share more exterior pictures!?
It's a really nice house. Tasteful. The wood is beautiful and soften the white walls. And the living wall is also really nice. Would need to learn how to care for it and not kill off the plants. If the cats didn't first.

Kitchen can be better, looks plain. Plastic jars in pantry really could have luxansion and that makes to not happening. Stairs nice glass a fail, need something classy looks like bathroom glass. Doors are nice, this house has so much potential thought but so much missing. Bath nice please at least would have change the bedsheets not presentable at all. This house has too much potential makes me sad. Soon many good things but need upgrade in some parts for sure. Only bedroom 4 was nice. Master could do so much with that master.
