This is my second time doing the 2 week challenge and I have absolutely loved it. I am 24 weeks with my first baby and these videos have been imperative in helping me stay active. I might now try the monthly routine to switch it up. Ps, you are so adorable and everyday I look forward to seeing you smile. I just wanted to say thank you for all of the great workouts you make to help moms stay healthy! I finished this challenge and it took me more than two weeks. Sometimes I used my workout time to nap instead and I don’t regret it 😁 But I also wanted to say that I’m 14+5 today and throughout the first trimester I was gaining weight a little too fast. During this challenge my weight gain leveled out and I was shocked when I stepped on the scale the other day and didn’t see much change at all. Thank you so so much and I can’t wait for the month challenge! I like Pilates routines a lot personally. And a LET IT ALL GO yoga to stretch and relax and breathe and just CHILL would be amazing! I’m pregnant with an unplanned iud baby with two toddlers already and the state of the world we live in… it’s just a lot and I can’t relax like I used to.

I did the postpartum challenge last year, so I decided to do these now that I'm working on my third pregnancy. I'm still in the first trimester, but these felt more challenging than the postpartum lol. Maybe it's the insane exhaustion I'm having. Good workouts though, I enjoyed it for sure.

I just did this video from this challenge , it was the first cardio workout for me in this pregnancy ( 8 weeks in) and I absolutely loved it - dance is my go to feel good activity and mid-workout I even cry / laugh ahahahah please can we have more dance workout ?! I admittedly stopped twice for water instead of once but I still feel very accomplished and it was fun!♥️

I’m pregnant with an unplanned iud baby with two toddlers already and the state of the world we live in… it’s just a lot and I can’t relax like I used to.

This was super cool, Im 37 weeks pregnant and I loved it
I did the postpartum challenge last year, so I decided to do these now that I'm working on my third pregnancy. I'm still in the first trimester, but these felt more challenging than the postpartum lol. Maybe it's the insane exhaustion I'm having. Good workouts though, I enjoyed it for sure.

I just did this video from this challenge , it was the first cardio workout for me in this pregnancy ( 8 weeks in) and I absolutely loved it - dance is my go to feel good activity and mid-workout I even cry / laugh ahahahah please can we have more dance workout ?! I admittedly stopped twice for water instead of once but I still feel very accomplished and it was fun!♥️
