I just went yesterday and it saddens me how the 40 Acre and Elms Lake are so dried up.
Hopefully they should be in much better shape now with all the rain we have had this winter.
One of the sad parts of marshes is that even though they go through cycles of dry and wet, they slowly get drier and drier.
I love that park. What kind of camera did you use for all that ground footage?

The best time to experience it is at night time or in the morning. I was there yesterday until 9pm ish.
