@@dainermade hahah I spotted the note you left yourself using those words hahah. Mate, I'm sure you're all over it but get in with some big skate shops and leave them one to test and to show off to customers. They are awesome, unique and sustainable.
Well, it's no Geoffrey... but it's pretty close! 🤣 Yeah the only I would have changed was the grip tape as you mentioned, just gives it a cloudyness. Safe sure... but what kinda skater boi wants to be safe ;)
You can head to Bunnings and get the Shower Clear strips that work a treat, I made a Skate board from Aussie Gum and some old Dard coloured fence palings, and had it Fibreglassed and epoxied over, All the colours of the wood still shine through as well :) Looks amazing , Ping me on facebook (facebook.com/thebushshed/ Or my personal Ben Hollist) and I'll send ya the Pix. I didnt make a vid as this was before my youtube days ....lol

Spray on lacquer griptape will be perfect for this. The clear griptape sheet ruins the beautiful aesthetic of your build. Rock on 🤙🔥
