Dionysus...Greek god of wine, parties, and fertility. The song is about partying but also how they are alcoholics for their art and y'all should get drunk on it. Basically art is wine and they are Dionysius...the god of wine, welcome to their party
Don't forget, Dionysus also has ritual madness and spiritual ectasy. He also played the role of a liberator. During bacchanalia (worship parties of the Roman equivalent Bacchus) the wine, loud music, and dancing would allow the celebrants to rid themselves of self-conscious fears/inhibitions to reach a state of euphoria which I think is a nice hidden callback

The original idea and co-production of this song is by J-Hope, he’s mentioned that he put in a lot of effort while making this song. He also co-produces their choreo, so he was heavily involved in Dionysus.
BTS puts a lot of emphasis on lyrics, so you really gotta watch to their lyrics video as well in order to grasp what the song’s truly about. Every song they’ve made has a meaning to it. Personally for me the message behind Dionysus really blew my mind.
BTS debuted in 2013, so they’re in their seventh year now.

JIMIN, the one with orange hair here, since early teens 12-13 , studied, performed, & competed in (winning every competition) hip hop, popping & street dancing while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan while also attending middle school. He was so good that an instructor waived the tuition fee at one point for him. He then went on to study & perform contemporary dance while he attended Busan's High School of the Arts where he was top student with honors continually immediately after he enrolled there! He also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance. Beside his dance background, JIMIN trained in various forms of martial arts since a quite young age, when he was still a little boy for 8 years!! He has two blackbelts, one in Taekwondo & the other in Kumdo (Korean form of kendo). Jimin was even offered a scholarship to go to China to study martial arts more extensively. When Jimin decided to go to Seoul to become a vocalist as well, one of his dance instructors actually said the world of dance will be losing a great artist! Jimin somehow managed to incorporate all these different dance styles as well as his martial arts background into his own unique special quality of dance. His martial arts background has given him such amazing inner core strength allowing him to be able to do all those gravity defying moves he does in so many performances!! Jimin's official title that BigHit gave him since they debuted, is Lead Vocalist & Main Dancer.
Jimin is just a freak of nature, he’s amazing. And all of his background is so epic, he’s blending techniques and coming up with his own versions of certain moves, especially in the formal ballet world. That guy has more takes on a dang pirouette...

We just celebrated their 6th Anniversary since their debut on June 13, 2013, but they've trained together 2-3 years prior to that. So yea, they've been together since 2009/2010. Yes, there are LOTS of LIVE performances from them!!! Tread this journey slowly because there's so much content from our amazingly talented dorks!! 😭👍💜

Right in front of my salad they did that. A casual listener of a tiny bit of rap had her frickin head spun around. Concert footage of that thing was all I searched YT for afterward. Stick a fork in me, folks, I’m DONE. RIP.

Listen, they opened the shows for their most recent stadium tour with this song and the energy with fireworks and 60,000 - over 90,000 ARMYs (their fans) is EXPLOSIVE. Sets the whole tone for the rest of the show. Best concert I have EVER been to.

Yes they debuted in June 2013, so a few years now, and they have a ton of content including live performances, dance practice videos, music videos, reality shows, guest appearances, behind-the-scenes videos, and so much more. Most of their songs have a cool word play to the lyrics, but also a much deeper meaning than just the surface lyrics. Dionysus was the Greek god of grapes wine, and fertility known for comforting the people during hard times. He was known to provide them a relief from their suffering and pain and mundane lives. While the song may seem like a drinking song, it is really more about drinking in life, and music, and encouraging the fans to find comfort in BTS and their art. The stage performance live is freaking amazing. I was lucky enough to see them at soldier Field, and there are fan cam videos out there to show what the stadium performance was like. The giant cats that appear on stage as part of the stage affects are panthers, something that Dionysus (according to the myths) was known to ride on and can be seen on in many artistic renderings of his image.

i suggest you also read the english translation of the lyrics coz they made inferences with the greek god of wine--dionysus. theyre basically saying that their music is like wine and they cant get enough of it and wants more shots. theyre too drunk of their music, working night and day, and still wants more

Yes, BTS debuted in 2013(7 years together as BTS), but they have been all together since 2012 and the first member (RM/Namjoon) joined in 2010 with Suga/Yoongi right after, and the rest joining at different times later.

In bts JIN is the eldest hyung(brother) and joined bts aroung the age of 18-19..........In Korea age and honorifics are of a big deal ............so Jin literally was like a mom to each one of them since they were all homesick..........He cooked food for them........He made the youngest (maknae) JUNGKOOK ready for school...........He played with them............and same goes for the others like SUGA, RM and JHOPE......THOSE FOUR (JIN, RM, SUGA, JHOPE ) are known as the HYUNG LINE(elsest brothers).......they really cares for their younger ones (MAKNAE LINE) JIMIN, V, JUNGKOOK........and for jungkook, he joined the company at the age of 13-14 and they debuted with jungkook being just 15...so for him, as he always said, THE WHOLE WORLD MEANS HIS SIX OTHER HYUNGS( JIN, RM,SUGA, JIMIN, JHOPE, V)..He really love them a lot and HYUNGS love him back like a baby.................They still live together and love each other..................

Hope you got to watch the dance practice of this too. Also there's one move in here they had to rework. They spin and then fall down face first into the floor and do push ups basically. It was too dangerous and after Jungkook wound up smacking his face into the floor they decided to change it.

You should watch the dance practice and the lyric video. It's a hard song a lot like their earlier hip hop music. They debuted in 2015. They have hundreds of song mostly written and produced by RM, Suga and JHope . You really should react to Who is BTS: The seven members of Bangtan.

It may not look like it but it is an actual live performance, you just can’t hear the audience as much. This is often known as Stage/BTS focus where the cameramen only focus on the artists performance & movements on stage!
Dye•uh•nye•sis is the greek god of wine, fertility and drama. The Cape thing is (more than likely) a stylized "chlamys" an ancient greek cloak worn by the Emperor and high ranked officials of the Byzantine Empire. Hope this helps and isnt something already stated.

Did you already react 'Who is BTS introduction' video? Meet and know them in person.
In the future I would definitely suggest going to the BTS Channel bangtang bomb to look at their performances because 1 networks will ding you and give you a copyright strike on your channel for reposting their videos and 2 the camera work is much better on BTS's channel so you see the whole dance instead of the camera cutting off part of the dances and only focusing on one or two people.
