He just told you. Insert decalcifying tablets into the filter mesh pocket and leave in the heater periodically. Done.

No. You must first isolate (turn off water to the Truma) before putting antifreeze into the system.

Yes you can. The engine coolant system with glycol (anti freeze) can recirculate through the Truma Aquago and also the Truma Combi (furnace + water heater) to transfer free engine heat to the water heater to make hot water without turning on the propane system. See Humble Road to know how it works and is installed. Just a simple bypass of the glycol pipes under the engine hood to send it to the Truma and back again. Generally Truma is not sold retail level but at an installer.
