I love the sound effects! That was the most surprising thing for me, when Mom and I went to the wildlife park. The deer made the cutest sounds; and I didn't even know that they are vocal. At the wildlife park, I had some sort of large bull with big thick long horns that would not let us pass. He kept messing with my side mirrors and dragging his horns across the sides of my car. Fortunately and surprisingly, I did not see any noticeable paint damage. I was just glad that he didn't give us a full-on attack.
Awe, they're so beautiful. I love that you got such good focus on his eyes in your video. I love the bugling. Oh, Wow! ...your shot of the bull with one foot on a rock. Love that shot! I'm in awe of your entire experience.
Cool. When Steve feels passionate about something, he speaks up. ☺ He obviously feels passionate about being in "their territory"; and I whole-heartedly agree.

Wow the wildlife park was indeed wild! Love hearing the bugling, we plan to go back up this weekend. And yes when Steve has something to say it's always important :)

The golf course in Estes is another great spot in the early morning. Nice video. 😊

Awesome shots!!! Our state introduced elk in the south west part of my state a few years ago. I should check with the DWR to see where and when to take pics. We've been to Assateague to take pics of the wild horses/ponies. Depends on who you talk to whether they are called horses or ponies. Problem with them is they are used to people but they are still wild. They can bite and kick without warning. People are supposed to stay 50 feet away from them. Yes, they cross the road whenever they feel like it and can cause a traffic jam, lol. Thanks for the video. The video clips are great and the stills are stunning!!!

Love it. Leslie and I have been in the Smoky Mountains the past several days photographing the elk rut here too.
