I’ve been watching him since the get go! It’s so exciting to see how much he has grown over the years! From cooking at his parent’s kitchen, to his own place, getting married and now becoming a father. Lastly his own restaurant , I love this for them 🥹

The "Quang Tran" banh mi has to be a fried chicken banh mi. Yr vegan banh mi = lemongrass fried tofu. Also, do a fried fish banh mi.

I can tell that’s a good banh mi ! The bread looks thin, light& crispy! I hate when the bread is too bready in the inside . I love how you put a lot of Viet butter & lots of pâté ! That’s my type of banh mi 🤤 wish I lived in Canada! Would definitely go try it out 😋
