What's a time limit for VOC for student visa
Currently I'm associated with an employer according to my visa i can work only for this particular employer. But, they are in losses after the cyclone past month. They might plan to shut or sell the business to someone else. Will I be able to apply for VOC. Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks
You can apply for voc,
If they shut the business then you have to look for another job and apply for visa
But if owner change then you need voc only.

If you want to apply for study that's totally different visa type so VOC is not an option for you, you have to apply new student visa.
does work visa VOC requires job advertisement or labour market test? I am currently on 3 years essential skill visa.

Yes If you are changing location of your company then it won't be necessary,
But for changing to a different company and job you need it both.

@@Meetsvlog I guess you wrote it in opposite way. So i am just changing the company only , city and position would be the same.
So, you are working for different employer now you will need both in your application.
And on top of that from my understanding, for essential work visa you will be not eligible, I recommend you to consider a immigration advisor first meeting will be free for most of the immigration advisors.

My visa is AEWV , and i have condition that i can only work for this employer in this position etc. Can i change the employer or job position or place in my visa?
Yes you can apply for VOC, but if you want to change job position then apply for new AWEV
