I had NZ driving licence that time.. now it's been 10 years I have been living in India my newzealand licence has expired how can I renew my license from India? And how much is the fees and how long does it takes. Do they submit old licence before they issue new one.. Ma student visa te Aya se in 2011 then I came back to India..
In your case its been more then 10 years of you DR expiry So you have to do both theory and practical test. To reissue your DR. www.nzta.govt.nz/driver-licences/renewing-replacing-and-updating/renewing-your-licence/
