    Hi, totoo po ba na pwede na magstay for up to 5 years under AEWV specially kung nasa green list roles? or dpende po sa contract kay employer? ty po❤

    • @chichionrecord
      @chichionrecord  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hello @rachelannsalurio2578!
      First, here’s the immigration news about AEWV’s extension up to 5years (galing po ito sa Immigration NZ website)
      📣The Government is introducing a maximum continuous stay of 5 years on an AEWV, for anyone who is unable to demonstrate that they are on a pathway to residence. People will need to spend 12 months outside of NZ to be eligible to apply for a further AEWV.
      From November 2023, the maximum duration of an AEWV will be extended from 3 years to 5 years to align with the introduction of the 5-year maximum continuous stay for AEWV holders.
      Yung sa green list na roles naman po gives you the opportunity to live here in NZ indefinitely. Tier 1 jobs straight to residence then Tier 2 jobs May pathway to residency.
      Hope nasagot ko po. 😊

    Hello po.
    BSIT Grad po ako sa pinas
    BPO/Call Center po experience ko more than 3yrs
    In terms of AEWV po
    Ahm if mag aapply po ako ng hotel receptionist, housekeeping or any jobs na hindi related or walang related experience po is possible bang ma hired and ma sponsoran ng employers? As long matanggap ako and mabigyan ng token po?
    And if ever ganyan di ba yan maki question sa immigration na iba ang work sa pinas and iba din sa NZ bali di sya related?
    Thanks po sana masagot God Bless po

      Hello, David. Thanks for your comment. Ishare ko lang yung alam ko ah based sa experience ko. Usually naghahanap employers ng may experience sa role na ina-applyan ng job seeker then pwedeng magquestion si Immigration if ever kasi kung walang experience, mas uunahin nila bigyan ng work mga New Zealanders. Sa panahon ngayon, skills and experience matter if mag a-apply ng AEWV plus need mo mameet requirements ng employer and ng immigration.

    For the Professional Registration, the training/experience of the profeesion should be in NZ only or could be credited the outside NZ training?

      @chichionrecord  Год назад

      @@samueldavid5731 Hello again! 😊 I read articles and they were not specific on this matter but I would personally think that it is NZ experience or training they are pointing at because you need to have a job offer (employed) under a NZ employer if you are applying for this type of visa.

    • @samueldavid5731
      @samueldavid5731 Год назад

      @@chichionrecord thanks but if that would be the case, we must wait for few years to get points for our Profession that is registered in NZ board. I also think the NZ regulatory board for our profession is the one would determine for years of training/experience and hopefully they would credit our offshore training. With that, we could apply on October when this new points system starts.

    • @chichionrecord
      @chichionrecord  Год назад

      @@samueldavid5731 I hope that is the case too. There’s a lot pf professionals needed here but definitely you need to have a job offer or that you are employed. They will be announcing or informing the public on October regarding professions that does not need to be assessed by NZQA if in case your qualification was completed or acquired outside NZ.

      I am an Agricultural Engineer with 7 years exp. In order to migrate with this visa I need a Job Offer.. but most employers would require a working right to have a job offer..
      I actually gave up with NZ, and currently focusing on AU migration.

      Hello! Kamusta po? Depende po sa work ninyo ang sagot. May mga job na hindi affected ng stand down period and may jobs din na work to residence pero depende sa requirements na naka indicate. Meron din straight to residence. Hindi ko po maisasagot straight kasi case to case basis but nasa immigration new zealand na website po lahat ng info. You may read it there based sa situation niyo po. Hindi po kasi same sa lahat.
