0 to 10 counter with one button - (Digital Logic Sim)

I've been wanting to make a simple counter with one button for a long time now, and I finally succeeded.
I am a Neanderthal without education or knowledge, who came out of a cave with a cudgel and tried to make something in Digital Logic Sim.

By the way, I made a new one-button counter, and now it counts twice as fast, which means it's display with that counter never goes out.
If in this video the counter counts only when it gets a signal, the new counter counts like this:
signal - 1
no signal - 2
signal - 3
no signal - 4
and so on.
I'll show it in the next video, but I need to figure out the nuances.
