Belle is the popular "Owner's" or Tri Cabin Version. She is a sound sturdy vessel in mostly good shape with the exception of some much-needed TLC. The decks are solid, but the teak will need to be removed or replaced, the cabin sole needs to be stripped and re finished, the staysail is like new, but she will need the main and jib to be replaced and She'll need bottom cleaning and painting. It does need to be scrapped sanded and painted. Seller will pay for scraping before the seatrial.
