This is a great video that clearly explains this soil consolidation lab experiment, but the whole time I was wondering, "How are you writing in reverse?!"

He don't.... He filmed it and afterwards he mirrored the video. It is very smart! :)

I want to appreciate the effort he is actually writing in reverse

is there a way to come up with test results without actually doing the test first?

What percentage of water does the sample contain for odometer test? for disturbed sample.?

We apply loads to soil in lab far less then those which soil bear in real world.Since , the load we apply is far less then the preconsolidation pressure , doesnt that mean that the curve we get just gives us recompression index ? How do we get compression index and estimate preconsolidation pressure then ?

Thanks for the comment. In fact with the oedometer we can easily surpass the stress in the field. I've put 50 Kg onto the end of my oedometer, which equates to about 1 MPa. 1 MPa is about the same as 100 m of water pressure, or ~ 50 m of soil pressure. With triaxial testing kit, you can go even higher.
