Love the Builds!! Appreciate all the videos and details about your process and problem solving issues. Looking forward to next year with my build and following your builds and videos! Happy New year! 🎆 👊🏻
Happy new year to you too! Thanks for the support and for watching. I do my best to make the videos fairly well rounded. I’m excited for what this year holds.
Mitch, thank you for such a wonderful year, every year gets better and better. Those cars come to you junk piled on junk. Somehow with a lot of elbow grease and help from very special people you pull it together and make the haters look like fools. Watching your videos has boosted my confidence with my 65. I really like that I can go back and watch the older videos. Looking forward to the next year and whatever you are going to toss our way.
Hey there Mitch, That was a helluva build ... from scraps to roadster in 3 months. Did you sleep at all? Oh yeah ... that exhaust is loud! I hope your neighbors are all patient with you :-) Take care and Happy New Year! Dan
Hey Dan it was a wild ride. Haha I didn’t sleep as much as I should have. It was a lot. I won’t do another one of those builds until next time. 🤣 haha the neighbors are very good. Happy new year to you as well!
Love it Mitch. I never cut up but one car and that was because the convertible 1/4s were so much different from a coupe, I needed that back half. I don't do that any more but now that I have a C2, I need to go through your vids and see of you cover instrument cluster resto. The hole in the firewall for the clutch rod lost the boot and road dust got up back there. Need to clean the lenses from the inside! Your vids are pretty motivational.
I’m sure a lot of cars were saved by sacrificing others back in the day. At least there is still a lot of them left! And a lot of parts. Agh that’s a bummer those boots are annoying. Thanks for watching!
Haha thanks! I’m so close to these projects that sometimes I forget how wild it is at times. Oh man this video was a monster to edit! I throw every single clip I recorded into the editor and go to town. There are a couple days of work in that. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Overkill was a very satisfying name for the car haha.
Love your channel - great job and thank you!!!
Cool Beans Mitch!

Happy New Year Mitch.
Hey happy new year to you too!
Overkill is a great word of this project... LOLWTF!
I think it fit pretty well haha. The next version of the car will be even more overkill!
I get it... but no builder would take a spec of an ORIGINAL... an 98% fab the rest! I still think ya made a great video
I’m looking forward to 2024 and your projects .thanks bud
Thanks for watching! I’m excited as well!
I recognize those PA back roads.

Is this a fast track roadster shop chassis or a spec chassis it looks different awesome
It’s a roadster shop spec 7 chassis. It’s an incredible chassis. I highly recommend it.
Hi Mitch. Love the build! What is the HP of the 327?
Thanks! It’s a 500hp 327. It has all the speed parts thrown at it. I have a video of it in the dyno. The engine is an animal that loves rpm.
why would you not paint it before assembly
I am not a patina fan. Even primer is OK.
