Murphy Forgive me for my shitty explanation because I haven’t read the books in ages. Basically Pennywise is some alien thing from far out of space and cake to Earth at the beginning of its time. Derry was created in the image of him and essentially he eats children. His true form is basically an alien spider (at least that’s what humans are able to comprehend) but he is a shape shifter and can turn into whatever he wants, the clown is just his favourite form because at the time clowns were seen as fun and friendly, perfect to lure children in. Sorry for the shitty explanation. I don’t think a prequel would be wise because there simply isn’t enough backstory to do one.

Tbh Elizabeth Olsen would have been a good cast as Beverley, they both look alike
@Yeetus Defeetus they do you dummy better than this actress. Same type of eyes and smile. Just the face shape is a bit different
Pennywise The Dancing Clown pennywise part two
@Yeetus Defeetus she ain't maybe your mum is 👌😍
So making a movie long 5 hours with both movies and unreleased scenes?? I am in
I love how humble the adult actors are no matter what star light they seem so calm and laid back
Edit most of the kid actors as well
take my money for the directors cut.. that will be worth every penny(wise)
Let's admit, Jack grazer and James ransome are the only ones that strikingly match each other.
I agree. Those two, Chosen and Isaiah (Mike) and Jeremy and Jay (Ben) look the most alike.
After them I'd say Wyatt and Andy (Stan)
Then Jaeden and James (Bill)
Then Sophia and Jessica (Beverly)
And lastly, Finn and Bill (Richie)......those two look NOTHING alike. The only reason the casting works is because of their humor, charisma, energy and those signature glasses, other than that, there's nothing linking them. Even Bill Hader said they look nothing alike.
@@rexsmithehiggins I agree. The one that look nothing alike to me is Richie, then Mike and Beverly. But their mannerisms are similar so I was fine by it at the end.
false
Wyatt and Andy are very similar...
They don't even have the same eye colour (Bill Hader and Finn Wolfhard)
OMG I did NOT expect young Ben in real life have THAT personality lol
It‘s amazing how Bill Skarsgård can change his voice!👏
I want an interview with Bill!! Where is my pennywise 🤔😒
Pam Carvajal
I think that Colbert guy did an interview with him. He was pretty charming but the host was so boring.
The same and where is James mcAvoy?
I wish bill skarsgard was in a cast picture with them and/or had a interview (sorry if I spelled his name wrong)
You spelt it right don't worry
*Skarsgård
Imagine he just photobombs at the back with a pennywise smile
I liked the movie. It goes into depth for each character. Scary visuals, jump scares. I give it 8/10.
Supercut, Directors cut, call it what you want. But throw it onto Netflix and they'll call it a full season of IT. I'll binge that!
Fans at the end of the video: *"IT CHAPTER 3 CONFIRMED!?"*
Me: *"nah, just the movies tied together with new scenes"*
Thanks so much for the video! When she says McAvoy is one of the best actors of our time.. Oh my gosh YES. Split/ Shatter, playing so many different roles, and really just interacting with his other personalities.. SO GOOD!
Where is bill ? I cannot find one interview with him ! What happened ?
What do you mean he is at the very end of the sofa in the interview?
@@grillledpickle5329 skarsgård maybe ???
@@johnpothos2695 do you mean James McAvoy who plays Bill?
@@mxtt8899 no guys , i mean bill skarsgård aka pennywise
@@johnpothos2695 probably meditating after the few years as pennywise 😂I'm more curious where James is, because he is actually one of the losers and only one that isn't there. I mean even adult Stanley is there lmao
Is it weird I kinda see Hopper from Stranger Things in younger Ben
Not really. Stranger Things creators have admitted that they copied a lot of elements from It, Elfen Lied, and Akira.
More like James Corden
@@sheradenchamp1402 lololol
I bet they will make a prequal about ”Penniwise’s past and and call it: IT BEGINS
Beerus Damian i wish they would... I’m still confused as to how the lights chose Pennywise and how he transitioned from a regular circus clown to a cannibalistic monster lol.
Murphy yeah right
Murphy
Forgive me for my shitty explanation because I haven’t read the books in ages.
@@ElmotypeSwag he is not a normal clown he is a demonic being who can be the form of anything but chooses a clown his original form is the dead lights he has been around for thousands of years
Wolfpack Night how did you gather all that? Was it more evident in the books? Maybe I missed something when my hands were over my eyes
I feel like Jay Ryan should play Batman at some point.
He already plays Dr. Strange..
wait
I feel like we are lucky you aren’t a casting agent
@ yes
The "you lied and i died" is so freaking powerful. Awesome little human actor. It also reminds me of one of chicas lines from FNAF Ultimate Custom Night
Ryan Rivas aswome little human actor ?😂😂 I can‘t
Little human OMG, THAT SHIT MADE MY DAY LOLOL
Ryan Rivas imagine playing fnaf
‘Little human actor’
"So you're gonna go back and shoot more stuff?"
"Yes, I'm not done."
Neither am I, Andy. Neither am I.
Yeah but like bill hader looks sooo cute here and yeeeesss a supercut I can't wait for that
Pray for that super cut
I need that in my life
bill hader has this “i don’t want to be here anymore” vibe to him that i relate to deeply.
"I don't think we ever thought of anybody but Jessica."
HOW did you NOT think of Amy Adams?? She looks just like a grown up Beverly. Jessica looks nothing like her. Missed opportunity.
I couldn't agree more when it comes to likeness. Save the red hair, Chastain looks nothing like young Bev. Jaw too square, brows too arched, nose too long, eye sockets too deep--in fact, I don't think they look alike in any way at all lol. Sophia Lillis has distinctly soft, round features, and Chastain is so angular. I have no clue what that lady was smoking when she claimed they did. But! Chastain did the role justice so I'm not complaining
@@artawesome30 Chastain did the role justice? lol she was hardly noticable. Bill Hader stole the spotlight
@@Bdhacker101 yup okay
I'm pretty sure Sophia actually played a younger version of a character played by Amy Adams in Sharp Obects, go figure
I think beverly looks like Elizabeth Olsen
Am i the only one who thinks Jessica looks nothing like Sophia?
No same here
Should've been Amy Adams
Or Elizabeth olson
I thought Bryce Dallas would have been great.
Amy addams
I need that supercut asap. Now would be a great time to release it digitally
we best be getting that super cut
so happy amy adams was NOT in this movie.. Jessica fits the role perfectly
Detestor 420 yes Jessica is so great in the movie
Some people would disagree with you. Personally, I wouldn't mind if it was either or.
The cast was perfection they looked exactly like their childhood selves, and the acting was just amazing. I loved the movies 😭❤️
Barbara is the real mvp casting the older actors 🙌🏼 lol
3:53 I was like who is that, then once it said “Stanley”
I understood why I didn’t remember him.
Amy Adams look more like Beverly tho than Jessica
Yeahhh... Sophia and Amy were in Sharp Objects together!
Cerome Nguyen hahaha ikr? Maybe they didn’t wanna repeat it
agreed
Tedd NG I actually agree with you completely. Next to McAvoy, I thought Jessica's likeness to her younger counterpart was the weakest. However, I think her personality fits the role quite a bit better than Amy, so I'm glad they cast her. Same with James!
Tedd NG that literally makes no sense. Do you think actors never work with eachother again after one project?
4:42 That role must've given him his own little stutter of his own.
