I have an easy beef stew recipe using ground beef that comes out A LOT like Dinty Moore ,(so I'm always told) quite easy to make too
3 lbs lean ground beef (shaped into hot dogs)
1 lg onion 3 ribs celery 1 bell pepper (all chopped small)
Bag of frozen carrot slices
2 brown gravy pkts
2 qts beef stock +3 tbsp Worcestershire
3 - 4 Yukon Gold potatoes (diced)
Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
------------------------------------
1)Coat beef logs in gravy powder and brown thoroughly.(set aside)
2)Saute onions, pepper and celery in the same pan until tender. Add beef back in and let cool.
3)Add potatoes and carrots to large pot and add broth.(boil until tender)
4)Add some broth to pan, to deglaze meat and veggies. (Add to pot) add Worcestershire.
5)Add 2nd gravy pack, seasonings and water if needed. Simmer until thickens.
Serve with rice, pasta, corn bread or dinner rolls. ENJOY!!!

Hey Geoff. Awesome content. Consider bringing back a 30 in 30 challenge. Do 30 styrofoam cups of Nissin Noodle cup Ramen (eat them out of the cup...dont pour them in 1 big bowl). Stonie did 15 in 10 minutes...so 30 in 30 would be close and a good challenge.

I love Geoff's videos the mixture of challenge, personality and humour is perfect! I cheated a bit to answer your "how much fudge could I eat" question and based on a fudge brownie video you did 2 years ago, I would say in the area of 10lbs, 10lbs does sound like much for Geoff but the sweetness and calories will make it difficult.
Long time fan, you're a genuine person and a freaking machine at the same time. Only thing I suggest is edit some music in there you did it in the past, better than hearing slurps gulps or whatever

Thin cornbread is kinda like center toasties. Thin round cornbread you can put in the toaster.
Hi Geoff. How about a baked sweet pumpkin challenge? One of those food you can eat in excess (unless you have Vit. A sensitivity). I've personally eaten 10Kg wet in a cardio intensive day. Including Skin (crusty) and seeds.

@@lisaforrester1097nah dude. Plenty of cases of people dying because of too much sodium. It’s called hypernatremia. One case that sticks with me is that one fraternity kid who ate too much shrimp *paste and died. Scary shit. Though, I think our dude will be fine as long as he doesn’t over drink water that can cause rupture to the blood cells or something. I forgot the specifics. But I think he’ll be fine
@Lisaforrester1097 yes just eat as much sodium as you desire. You’ll be completely fine, as your body just expels the excess. Ignore any medical professional who tells you other wise. Hell, if you feel like, down a dozen massive bags of salt. You’ll be just fine

That Dinky Moore Beef stew always reminds me of dog food. It's kinda good tasting for a few bites after not eating it for so long, but still. I usually use a lot of ketchup which helps the taste. It's been a long time since I had any of it because of the sodium which is so outrageous. Geoff, you're a better man than I. 🤢😛
