    New week, new workout for us. This time we are focusing on the back muscles and better posture. I love bodyweight workouts, no fancy equipment needed, just your determination to push yourself :)

    Why is important to do exercises for your back?
    Regular back exercises are important for maintaining proper posture. If the muscles that support good posture become weak, it's natural for the body to slouch as we age. Those exercises not only improve but also prevent discomfort and pain in daily life, such as back or neck pain.
    When the functionality in daily life is improved, it can also enhance balance and body alignment. Once the body's balance starts to deteriorate, aging comes faster. I hope you prioritize back exercises for healthy, confident and beautiful body.
