Roasted Cauliflower Parmesan
1 head of cauliflower, cut into steaks
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
olive oil
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Rinse and dry cauliflower. Cut into large steak size pieces. Lay pieces onto greased baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over each piece and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Bake until cheese has melted.
