This alarm system consists of two bicycle alarms that are sold on Amazon for 23.35 GBP. I simply stuck them to my van. One on each door. This works perfectly.
What an awesome alarm, it is really effective, as your blooper proved!! Seriously though, this is a great device, and the price makes it even more essential for anyone with a van or camper van. Well done Mike and the VanGuardian team for bringing this to market 💪
Just ordered our "Campervan Bundle" this morning. I was also wanting to install the "Smashgard" 8mm film to the front windows, but unfortunately the company is booked out until end of October! Crazy. But then it only highlights just how much of an epidemic van crime has become. But we're fighting back!! The other area of concern (weakness) of most camper vans, is the side windows, which are made of double glazed plastic. Probably way more difficult to smash through, but still a concern. This is where the VanGaurdian will hopefully prove it's worth, as my hope is that the shock forces exerted by any would be thieves in this area, is going to set off the alarms. Yewwwww!!
@@chrislangenhoven4928 Hi Chris. Honestly I don't know, they're produced in the UK, but if you contact Mike via his website, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to help you.
They're not that easy to remove, and I believe the company is currently designing a model that bolts to the vehicle. Anyway if by any chance someone was able to do what you're suggesting, I think I'd notice if they were missing...
I've bought a dual alarm kit, unfortunately its taking longer than anticipated to actually get the kit. When you order it flashes up an email telling you although when I looked on their facebook page that same message appeared in March 23 if I remember rightly. So do allow extra delivery time. Hoping it will be a deterrent (among other things)
I spoke to Vanguardian yesterday... They have had a huge amount of orders recently and are working on getting them dispatched. You should have it soon 👍

Good luck with your fab purchase, I'm sure they'll do the job, and do it well. Mine are still going strong.

@deandaystate2052 thanks for watching. 🚨 Yes if I recall correctly, the pack comes with 2 stickers. I put one each on both front doors.
As i just think as a thief, i would come back in 2 times and on the 1st day i simple remove this installation and on day 2 i steal everything else
