  • A genius trick that will change the way you make croissants
    Easier than a croissant.
    The RECIPE is easier than a croissant.
    3 chicken eggs.
    90g sugar.
    Mix everything well.
    250 ml warm milk.
    5 g dry yeast.
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
    Mix everything together.
    Sift 600 g flour.
    1 teaspoon salt.
    Knead the dough with a spatula.
    Add flour in parts.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Add flour if necessary.
    A total of 660 g of flour was required.
    The amount of flour depends on the size of the chicken eggs.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Grease a bowl with vegetable oil.
    Place the dough in a bowl.
    Cover the dough with cling film.
    Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
    The dough turned out well.
    Knead the dough with your hands.
    Place the dough on the table.
    Form the dough into a ball.
    Divide the dough into 10 parts.
    Form each piece of dough into a ball.
    Cover the dough balls with cling film.
    Leave the dough on the work surface for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle the table with flour.
    Using a rolling pin, roll out 5 balls of dough.
    Dough diameter 20 cm.
    Grease the dough with soft butter (30 g).
    Sprinkle the dough with 1 teaspoon of sugar (50 g).
    Sprinkle the dough with 1 teaspoon of poppy seeds (30 g).
    Layer the dough.
    Divide the dough into 8 parts.
    Form each piece of dough into a bun.
    Do the same with the remaining dough.
    Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
    Cover the buns with cling film.
    Leave the rolls in a warm place for 30 minutes.
    Mix 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Brush the rolls with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
    Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
    The buns are ready!
    Just look how beautiful they are!
