The web says it does, but a lot of offroading videos I've seen suggest that it might not have them. I've seen a lot of spinning wheels. 2. Is it correct that the rear electric motor is connected to a two-speed transfer case with high and low range, like Porsche Taycan? 3. I've heard that the 150 kW gas engine can drive the front wheels directly. Is there a small gearbox or some tricky single gear ratio connection like in Honda Accord hybrid or Koenigsegg Regera? 4. Does the engine normally spin the generator? Some sources I read said that driving front wheels directly was sort of a last resort measure, and that normally the gas engine drives the generator. Most of the offroad videos with 豹5 have music, and it's hard to hear if the engine is running. I've seen one video with a constant monotonous noise coming from the car, and I thought that was the engine running the generator, but in your video I heard the same noise when the 豹5 adjusted its suspension height

So there are differential lock buttons on the central console, but a lot of sources claim them to be "e-lockers", so they may just trigger some fancy brake-based traction control, given the price range, but probably are true lockers, cos I vaguely remember watching a video demonstration (it might be this video we're talking under). Yes, Wheelsboy confirmed the transfer case on the rear axle. But, tbh, I don't care about neither the diff locks nor low range after watching a couple offroad rescue videos where FangChengBao was so badaß it was better than the ML 320 pulling the trailer up the cliff scene in Jurassic Park 2. Yes, the engine does seem to only turn on during hard accelerations, otherwise just occasionally spinning the generator. However I still haven't heard the engine noise clearly, only some sus humming sound in that diff lock demonstration video. I still don't know exactly if there is a gearbox, but it seem to be not present in any of the Dual Mode hybrid systems. Nowhere is advertised how many gears the Bao 5 has, so it most probably doesn't have any, it's all clutches, it seems.
