- Louisville Guard Hailey Van Lith stopped by Orlando to get in work with trainer Chris Brown. The upcoming Junior is set to have another outstanding year with the Cardinals. Will she lead her team to another Final Four appearance?
Her jumper is so pure, she doesn't "push" the ball like alot of women/girls do. She has great form & it looks smooth!

The best adjustment to D1 college ball I've ever seen has been made by hard working, Louisville guard, Hailey Van Lith. Compare that to the best adjustment to the pro game by a male player that I have ever seen, Matt McClung. They both have talent & they trained to grow, and they did. That's inspirational.

Obviously a skilled player. Would like to see her occasionally not always use the "wrong" foot when shooting a right-handed layup. As a leftie it probably feels more natural to go up off of the right foot, but should be practiced both ways.
These kids today are trained to jump off of either foot . There’s no such thing as the right or wrong foot. Just make the layup
