Good info, however I recently purchased a CF200X and using the 450 or 300 insulation - depending on NE conditions, I'm unable to get my arms into the suit with this method. Too tight and the insulation bunches near the shoulder. Suggestions?
Burping the suit or purging the extra air should be done through the shoulder dump valve. This also serves the purpose of verifying your valve status along with verifying that the dump valve works. Burping air through the neck is not recommended as many people not only stretch out their seals causing extra wear and tear, but also intro Duce the possibility of unseating it from your proper position. I have also heard of some people tearing the seal during this process when a seal was old and worn out.

Thank you for this video.
Which suit is that? Also how do you burp the suit with gloves on?

The video quality is pretty poor. It's 240p.
It is an old video. It will eventually be redone using more current formats, but the content and the process does not need high resolution detail.
