in this video i install the first of many billet technology parts i have ordered. This piece is a little tricky to install on the shaker, since you can not use the higher up mounting hole that the manufacturer intended you to use when designing the product. it fits, but its tight! You use the lower hole in the engine block. Watch this video to learn all about the problems you will face, and how to solve them when installing the Billet Technology Oil Catch Can onto your Hemi!

I watched this video before I installed the catch can on my '18 shaker. I said I better not drop that damn spacer. First thing I do, drop the spacer to the bottom of the engine 😂

Very nice Challenger and nice video. I would suggest removing the lower part of catch can before installing. Also try in screw by itself to make sure it goes in smoothly and if too long go to hardware and get shorter. But nice cameral work.. Gary
yeah after i finished i realized i could have taken the bottom off hahaha. although the real issue was the fitment of the bit around the bolt and the engine case there, so nothing would have really helped that. but it would have been easier to reach! thanks!

looks great hey why didn't you mount bracket 1st and put catch can on after. looks like one Allen bolt hold it together.
I ordered mine in their dark green, it looks like it should look great with the f8. I cant wait to get stateside and pick up the car

You should paint your brembos yellow to match your catch can and splitter guards?
Did you order your air box case separately ? I need one for the r/t with shaker I’m getting my challenger in a month.
One more question! How did you end up turning that second rubber fitting?
How do you install a strut bar with the shaker ?
So the catch can link has this for jeeps, but it's the same for a challenger 6.4 ?
Use 99 cent set of picks to loosen hoses from fittings, then try threading the bolt alone by hand first to see if it actually fits. This was painful to watch.

I went with the top threaded hole, fit perfectly, easy to work, left me enough space to pull can out the bottom. I have a 2021 with the shaker. That bottom hole looks difficult and no room at bottom to pull can out. Good luck man. Nic car.
Doesn't that cause your catch can to sit kind of crooked and rest at an angle due to it hitting the shaker?

all from the same place! Billet tech! if you go to the link in the description that is their store, and they have a lot of stuff! Everything you can think of. They make their parts and powder coat them, so it takes a while,. i would suggest ordering asap, as it can take a month or so to get in. the Oil catch cans go out a little quicker it seems, but they provide a manufacturing update every week online and you can go through and see where your part is and what still needs done before shipping, so its nice they stay in touch that way. Enjoy the new ride!!

Thanks again for the heads up! I decided to go with the brass instead of the black, and now I'm wondering if I should of went with the black fittings! Oh well, it should still look pretty nice. The build quality looks awesome, can't wait to get mine!
Auto or 6 speed? I got the six speed, and the first mod I did was a Barton industries short throw shifter, looks incredible and crisp precise shifts.
