It is dated by 30 years easily. No judging. I'm elderly and moved into a dated cottage. It was soon updated in a modern style. Who keeps previous occupiers' style anyway?@winifredtrout1
That’s how houses used to be with a communal open space used by everyone . In older times the women shared everything they all had a role to play. Each day had its designated work. Mondays wash day all the women out the back washing sheets and clothes. The mangle was shared and they operated it in turns. Once rinsed and through the mangle it was pegged out on the line. Or on clothes horses in front of the fire. The soapy water left over was used to scrub the floors. The women sang a lot during this work chores it was a time for a good blether as well. They lived hard lives everything undertaken by them.
If that's a private back yard, I'd hate to see a public one. I counted doors and/or windows from no less than six other properties that have perfect views of everything you're doing back there.
:chuckles: I am sensing someone who has a low opinion of Scottish weather :) My only experience up there in the North was a long weekend climbing Ben Lomond and the weather was lovely, so the blue sky seen here seems perfectly true to form for me :grins:
is this a freehold property? are there any property charges? and who is responsible for the rear space maintenance? great retirement home though very tidy inside for the pennies
Cute, if tiny. It would be nice to see the neighborhood, as part of the video, even from the air. It helps to know what's around. Thank you
Noted!
The home is nicely maintained but it needs alot of updating. Perfect for retirees or singles.
How judgemental

Indeed
Private garden? It’s overlooked from all angles 😂

He said it was a shared space ! So imagine having neighbors you don't like - it's a recipe for disaster IMO ! I would never buy such a house !
It buys a cold and miserable existence. Btw; The Blue Sky was Photoshopped in.
Do you live there?

@@dallassukerkin6878 Well I get a sun tan every year in Scotland!! Not sure it's even possible to photoshop a video ??
@@markgollanyou get a sun tan because you have the “british white” skin we like to make fun of in southern europe. 😂
@@markgollanyou can CGI a blue sky in a vid but you'd need Disney-esque video editing skills. 😊

It is freehold - drop me an email and I will send you the home report mark.gollan@yopa.co.uk Thanks for your interest
Towelled down?
Small but nice . Shared back garden lacks privacy but still acceptable if neighbors are decent 🌹🪴
