In this episode fly with me on a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 as we arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN) on a snowy morning. These pilots are just great. They can navigate anything, anytime, anywhere. Of course the tech helps a lot too! Of course the journey has just begun for the passengers. Now they have another challenge to get to Denver from the airport which is probably closer to Wyoming.
You're not wrong. DIA was located there because of all of the whiners thought Stapleton was too noisy. Then DIA gets built and houses start following. DUMB.
To your point about driving into Denver, when the weather goes bad, they become even more retarded than normal.
As a Kansas resident I’m so happy Colorado got an appreciable snow accumulation this past winter. I hope this eases the dry conditions out west and then into my state. Every bit counts to raising reservoirs and rivers levels.

I often come to these videos in the middle of summer when it's 90+ degrees outside, thinking of cold days on the slopes.

It wasn't even snowing, let alone a "snowstorm". There was zero precipitation falling and no ice collecting on the aircraft surfaces. Run of the mill Denver landing, but nice vid.
I mean, it was snowing haha. I’m not sure why you think it wasn’t. We literally flew into a wall of snow. The cloud looking front in the thumbnail is not a cloud, it’s snow. And you can see the snow, not as well when we’re moving 160mph but definitely when we slowed down. Was it a blizzard? No, but it was definitely snowing. Thanks for watching my friend!

This flight was taken many months ago. Well before the coronavirus became an issue. I have not been on an airplane in months, but because this channel is important to me, I make sure that I have enough footage in my “rainy day folder” to make sure I have content to continue to upload, no matter what.

You call this a snowstorm landing? I did not see anything like a storm.
Yes, I do. We flew directly into a giant “storm front” which then caused near zero visibility. Just because it’s difficult for the camera to pick up on how much snow there was, doesn’t mean it wasn’t a storm. Was it a storm on the mild side? Probably. It wasn’t a blizzard, that’s for sure. But it was definitely a storm.

What has been your favorite airline to fly on so far?
Hmmm. That’s a good question. I really loved Virgin Atlantic. I also liked Air France but honestly that might have been more because it was an A380. As far as domestic... Delta probably has the best service. But I fly American the most.
