In my case Martin accidentally hit the Kavatch Guard during close the portal quest and Guards literally keep hitting him even in the Realm of Oblivion 😂😂😂😂😂

Frenzy doesn't work on guards. This is some Todd Howard level of magic
I've had a similar situation happen before. A guard kills a civilian protecting you, and when the area is reloaded another guard will attack the other guard. I did this in Mage School, although I'm still not so sure what the cause is exactly.

He forgot to replace the toilet paper roll again after using it all up and the other guard finally had enough of this bullshit
