    請問做好的糖精要放在雪櫃嗎?我上年做的凝涸了,怎麽辨,可以加水再煮開?

    Hi aunty after cook sugars, we keep two weeks, or one year . We keep inside the fridge. We put outside the fridge, is ok. Thanks

    糖浆确实很好。谢谢。但是月饼皮可能是太软吧 全塌下它不沾在馅饼边上,做失败了,不知道怎么纠正法?请指教 .

    老师教的方法很好用,我也做了莲蓉和转化糖浆,也做了月饼🥮,很好看也很好吃😋,老师讲得很明白,谢谢老师,让我学会了做月饼,而且做得很好。

    大陆出产的塑料的做月饼工具目前没有一个是"BPA FREE ",不是PP就是ABS,甚至不吐露仅仅说"塑料"制品那是对人体或许很有问题的...

    1. Mix together 300g syrup, 120ml peanut oil, 1 Tsp alkaline water, 2 tbsp flour. Keep overnight if preferred (for darker colour).
    2. Prepare 350-400g flour. Keep 50g aside as reserve.
    3. Combine 1 & 2 together. Add remaining 50g if dough remains soft

    Teacher, do we keep the syrup in the refrigerator? If we keep there, will it be 'harden' after 2 weeks?

      Actually no need to put in the fridge, i just put mine inside a glass jar on the shelves. It can be used even for two years, the longer the better for mooncake skin quality.

      I want to know too ! My syrup is hardened after in the fridge for 1 year .

      I put the bottle of syrup in a hot water ,after 5 mins the syrup will become soft again . Try it.
