TCS Links Variable Pay To Office Attendance | Tata Consultancy Services Promotes Work From Office

Tata Consultancy Services has introduced a new policy which links the variable pay of an employee directly with their in-office attendance. The updated policy establishes four attendance slabs dictating the variable pay for employees. The revised policy has been effective from April 17.
