This is the final video (part 1 of 3) that describes how to use the commercial BBL CRYSTAL™ Enteric/Nonfermenter (E/NF) Identification (ID) kit. We recommend that you watch all 3 videos in order.
This video details how to interpret the results of the BBL Crystal™ kit. Results of the 30 individual tests are entered into the results sheet with the indole and oxidase test results.
A 10 digit profile number is generated and used to identify the test bacterium from the BBL database.
