I had to but a new wiring harness I went wire to wire (disconnect to connect) plus following wire diagram and still f'ed it up hope you have better luck
Wiring is Time consuming, I have to do a little myself that I’ve been putting off. Nothing as detailed as yours but I messed up my first attempt and need to fix one damn wire. Maybe today I’ll get to it just so I can feel your pain. lol peace

I hate wiring. Tried doing it myself once and 2 months later I got tired of trying and finally took it to the Harley dealer and they charged me $700 😕
