I clearly understand your concerns as a mum with 5 kids also, I schedule everything I do on my phone with an alarm to remind me the night before and first thing in the morning of the appointment or to do things. As for the kids have you tried encouraging them to eat school meals? Some kids will eat school meals and some won’t. I found that in my kids case their food was already cold by lunch time at school and their school will not heat up pupils food. Another thing you could try is pack finger foods for them for school and encourage full meals at home for dinner with them. You are doing great.
Being a mum comes with a lot of things, as regards to forgetting things I set alarm for almost everything, if I have an upcoming appointment for next week I set alarm and add tittle to the alarm for proper reminder. You can try it out. Sending you love sis🥰
Melissa, it's only the Holy Spirit that can help you. God on your knees and talk to Him that you can't do this by your self. That you want Him to give you retentive memories. He will restore you back. You're too young to start forgetting things like that!!.❤❤❤❤
I’m passing through thesame forgetfulness as well I think when you have alot going on around you like family especially having kids that you still responsible for , then work and studies as well
Use oils for your hair make sure it’s always moisturised and you will see the difference don’t let it go dry. Use even simple dark and lovely braid spray, batana oil and other products
You are not alone sis. I think is because your brain is too busy thinking about your children and how to care for them, that's why you can't forget to feed them even with the memory issues. I think it will settle just give yourself time
The last clip 😅😅😅...being a mom is a lot....I think you should always rest when you have the time and keep taking notes like you said.God will help you. Please where did you buy your teaching board in the Uk?
I thankfully have a friend who does my corn rows. I haven't paid to get my hair done in 2 years. I crotchet myself after I get the corn rows done or wear a wig. You need to try Lidl's frozen spinach. Literally tastes as good as fresh and lasts for ages as it's frozen. Regarding the weight gain, don't sweat it mama. Your body brought 3 beautiful humans into this world. I've gone from a 12/14 to a solid size 18 since having my children. I get discouraged sometimes but remind myself to take it one day at a time. The memory thing is real. I try to note down appointments etc. Anything I don't write down, it's almost certain I'll forget. You're not alone
Wow! Gladens my heart I have people who can relate, it burdens me because I used to be a very smart pant with the best memory. Watching it decline daily worries me so much. Thanks for your beautiful tips, you’re so lucky to have someone cornrow your hair🧡
It might be related to hormone levels, so worth going to your GP to get a full blood panel. Vitamin D, B and iron deficiencies are linked to forgetfulness.
Maybe you can say memory loss but some of us a wired to right things down step by step. Its easier for us to function that way. We are not use to craming! And thats okay.
@@ibukunolajide2487 I used to grasp things very easily without having to write or jot things down but lately, I can’t rely on my brain to function without having to jot things down. I’m really worried! Too young for this🥹
You are doing well Mama. I have memory issue too since I got pregnant, I do write down what I need to do and also set alarm too or calendar reminders on my phone. Well done mama. How do you get to teach your kids please? I would appreciate your advise or any tips thank you so much.
Hi Melissa, i think you need some time to rest your brain, you need to be intentional in your sleeping habits , take about 6 hours of rest, eat foods rich in omega 3 like fish and sardines and also more green leafy vegetables. Also do some reading even if its some kids story books and then summarize them, create fond task like doing some word puzzles or journal your thought, you can also try meditation and yoga to help improve your cognitive function .These steps really helps, you just need to employ them. Its a very common complain of active moms with toddlers but if not addressed might cause severe memory loss, please take care of yourself. We love you..
Till now..i cant remember where i kept my husband's driving license 😂😂 he had to get another one...I'm still sure its somewhere ...but i dont know where😂...
I have suffered from mummy brain for the past four years but surprisingly, I have improved drastically in the last six months and I’m shocked. I didn’t actively do anything about it. I still write things down and set alarms though. I heard there are certain foods and supplements you can try to help improve your memory.

Hi sis. Make sure you take vitamins. Especially vit D the lack of it or deficiency can cause brain fogs. I hope this helps 🙏 😊.
Thanks sis, I do have it but keep forgetting to take it.😂🥹

Buy original shea butter and use it alone
