I hope he gets to make Film 51. Inspiring filmmaker. Hollywood absolutely ruined this man needlessly. Women complain there are no good roles for women yet they cancelled the one man who was consistently providing those meatier parts for them: Annie Hall, Manhattan, Hannah and Her Sisters, Melinda and Melinda, Blue Jasmine, Interiors, Alice, Wonder Wheel, Another Woman, Vicky Christina Barcelona, Husbands and Wives, Broadway Danny Rose...

Really looking forward to seeing this. I hope it isn't too dark. His genius is comedy. True genius, in the arts. But in Paris, in French, is a draw. Would he make a comedy with financing?

Woody is great. But make movies in English. I tried to pick up Diane Keaton a couple times. She's crazy.

    1) The young French actress looks like a young Mia Farrow?
    2) is Woody Allen describing a patriarchal oppressive husband...
    3) what was that film he made with Mariel Hemingway where she is practically young enough to be his granddaughter and he wants to date her?
anything like that in the film?
    4) I grew up in a house, huge bookshelves, and there are no more new houses with bookshelves.... ironic ...

Oh dear, the Mariel Hemmingway film you're referring to is *Manhattan* . It is a work of fiction. With fictional scenarios and characters. It's not real.
