Nope. E gates or anything that flies to the US is called the transborder area. You clear US immigration after check-in, so those lounges are already technically the US, & then arrive into US airports through domestic arrivals.
The non-US/Canada departures area or D gates is what's called international. The Air Canada lounge there has a buffet, a bar, and an actual sit-down restaurant section.

The maple leaf lounge is for their crazy fans. They are just happy to be eating anything that's associated with the maple Leafs, lol

Yup!! Plat can get you into plaza premium, and Aeroplan Amex or visa infinite can get you into maple leaf
