Annie Majin Quartet - Tennessee Waltz

Another cosy evening with Annie Majin Quartet in the basement of Green Note on 1 June 2024. She was joined by two of her regular backing band, 'Honey' Boulton on guitar and Rory Hudson on double bass. For this evening Annie was also joined by Jack Greenslade who was trying to avoid those out of tune keys on the basement piano. But then I suppose that sounds like jazz! This song was written by Redd Stewart and Pee Wee King. It was released as a single by Pee Wee King and His Golden West Cowboys in 1948.
