@Jeremy This video made me cry brother. I am the handicapped one in my family, and the light in your brother’s eyes was enough to get 100k likes!!!!! I love this video. I have been waiting on this day since you mentioned the idea of this video last year. Thank you so much for the content. Thank you for being true to yourself and treating people so kindly! You are an amazing person. I hope we meet one day, so I can tell you in person. -David from North Carolina. Much love from NC
Great video Jeremy. Back to being you. COVID left me with brain damage and ongoing speech therapy. Memory issues. Thank you for the love and support you show your brother. People don't realize you're still the same exact person. You just have difficulties now. And those difficulties can be a pain in the ass but having family loving you and remembering you're still you; it's the best medicine in the world. And trust me every time a memory comes back you're so thrilled cuz it's a piece of you coming back. Even if you can't hold on to them.
That's really all I can say too. His energy gives me hope for the future. I want to see his brother on the channel more often, and I have to say that that car is absolutely beautiful.
Jeremy, these episodes seem more relaxed and better flowing. Those break downs happen for a purpose.....time out with your brother and recorded as a bonus. Good luck with future upcoming episodes.....just do what you’re doing Thanks to Juan as well for the Zed......or Zee (US) Shout out to Laz as well.
Living vicariously through you today sir. Lost my Bro to substance abuse a lil while back, love the Bro times we used to have, miss him terribly, but seeing you two together felt good.
Dude! You look just like your brother!!! I can speak for everyone when I say thank you so much for sharing this moment with all of us!!! And God bless your brother man! Good luck to FP crew!!! You stalled a 240z pretty rookie move bro! LOL Well well electrical problem, you still got it..
I had about 10-12 different 240's & 280's in the late 80's and early 90's when they were dirt cheap. There was even a 280z club that swapped in chevy small blocks into these little rockets. We burned a hole in the brand new asphalt of my high school parking lot doing a burn out and got a month's woth of detention for it. That 240 is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. Your employee should be VERY proud of himself. That's a gem!!!!
I'm with you brother. That was a trip down memory lane for me too. I've owned two '75's, a '77 and a '71 with a 327. Those hubcaps... WOW! Back then I couldn't wait to scrap the wheels and hubcaps for a set of Western "Turbo" mAgS! LOL.
This is so awesome how this car can bring him back so many memories this video put the biggest smile on my face. I wish I could do this with my dad he had a 71 or 72 Camaro and he had a stroke when he was 38 and lost the use of his right side of his body and his speech isn’t good but what I would give to do this with him. Love the video bro
Doing things like that is the definition of brotherly Love. Once again your energy gives me hope for the future, your brother seems like he's an awesome person I'd like to see him on the channel more! 💯
Aww dude!! What you’ve done for your brother was amazing, so sorry to hear what happened in the past. You can see all the memories flood back in his eyes!! Was truly worth sharing with us all mate. Cheers for your brother for jumping in front of the camera too. Would have been just as hard for him as it was for you. Thanks so much for sharing. Cheers
So amazing seeing the passion your brother has for these little japanese hot rods. The Older Z cars are just so incredible with all their little quirks. A good friend has a 350 small block shoe horned into one that had to entire bottom half rebuilt after the rust ate it away. I think of them as more fun go karts for the street with all the oddities inherent with them. Keep up the great work Jeremy and God Bless!
That's what a loving brother would do for his older brother that has a debilitating injury. It was great to see you and your brother laughing and reliving great memories. I hope this is a great day for the both of you. God bless you 💖 🙏 ❤
I am so stoked to see the car still has an L series in it. 240, 260 and 280Zs are great cars to swap engines but I have come to love the L series after working on and enjoying the L20B in my 620 pickup for the last few years. Cool video. Jeremy's brother is a Datsun guy. That automatically makes him cooler than Jeremy 😎
Jeremy, give your brother a /HighFive for me and let him know there are platforms out there that will let him drive again via hand controls. Never let an injury keep your dreams out of reach. God bless you, your brother and the rest of the family. Merry Christmas my bro's.
Awesome to share those memories from your brother with us! He sounded like he had a great time. My brother did the same thing with his speakers. Brought back some memories to me. Thanks for taking us along. God Bless you and the family.
You guys are just amazing. I felt pure joy getting to see your brother still show the passion for cars. Godspeed brother keep it going. This is why I watch your channel.
You are truly blessed to be able and spend time with your brother!!! The way his face lit up around that car was awesome! I’m glad you guys had fun going for a ride and I hope you’re able to do it for many years to come. God bless!
A brothers love is like no other! I can tell he just truly enjoys hanging around with you and loved going back in time. He seems pretty knowledgeable about Datsun's! Can't wait to see this thing up and ripping again. P.s: 240's are cooler than 280's 😈
This hits home for me too. My buddy had a bad accident a few years back. And watching his progress is inspiring. Literally had to start all over again. And now hes able to have a collection of cars and enjoy them again. I just get the pleasure of wrenching onhis collection for him, and just glad i still have one of my first friends.
My aunt is currently in possession of my grandma's 240Z. She was the original owner and always took good care of it, but it has now been sitting and hasn't run for at least 10 years. I hope to be able to get it up and going as I've always loved them. Love the video brother!
Make your brother part of your videos and your/our community. We are car people and rock people. Thank you making your brother part of this video. We as a car community pass no judgment on ability or disability.
Love the smile on your brother's face!! You guys have awesome automotive/brotherly bond. Keep doing what you're doing brother. I'd love to come down to Florida and check the shop out.
It was awesome to see your brother smile an his eyes light up when you did the first few hits in the car! An him remembering all the different things about the car an talking about the car was heart warming to see. Great video man. I bet that ment alot to him, an you too.
It’s amazing how something as simple as cars can makes us a smile no matter the journey life sets us on. Thanks for sharing something so close to your heart.
By FAR my favorite video Jeremy. I lost my brother who was 9 years older than me in May of this year. You can see the love and patience you have for your brother and it made me appreciate you even more. Mike is still sharp as a whip you can see though! Awesome brother!! Cherish him, I sure miss mine and we were from the Daytona area btw. One more thing that made it even more nostalgic is that I had a red 76 280Z that was mint and a blue 77 that needed help Lol. LOVED that car (the red one)
Seeing you put a smile on your brothers face while taking him down memory lane is absolutely priceless. I am sorry to hear of the misfortune that has been bestowed upon him, and your family. But thank you for introducing us to more of the Fasterproms Family. He is an excellent example of "Once a car guy, always a car guy". And what do you mean "Sorry things didn't go as planned"? The Datsun ran as expected. 😁 But, round 2? Yes please! Lets see that thing on the dyno, and some of your brothers pictures of his old ride!!
Good for your brother he must be a fighter man, not many people could survive or even fathom what he has been through so know one should have anything negative to comment or say. Its awesome that you were able to let him experience an awesome car that he once owned I bet the nostalgia was full that day.
As someone that had been involved in a a serious accident, I landed head first after a high side on my motorcycle. I had a small brain bleed but was lucky and had no brain injury. I did end up in a wheelchair due to spinal cord . If anyone ever tries to make fun of your brother or put him down because of it, take them right out of your life or delete them from this channel. I have zero tolerence for stuff like that. Its great you had him on here and have him on as much as you or he wants and dont worry about the haters.
Be kind was my reminder for today before watching this or Buckin billy ray. A thank you to the person who resolved am issue that still wasted hours provided it’s own benifit. Thank you for introducing your brother. If anyone doesn’t welcome him they don’t understand the man behind the car channel. Welcome Michael, hopefully we will see you again smiling, adapting and overcoming.
From one Jeremy to another.... Dude, that was great. Bring your bro on the channel whenever you want. As advanced as society thinks it is..., it sucks that we still feel apprehension about sharing our day to day life with (and about) people with disabilities. It's life man... Treat all people with respect. For humanity's sake, I really hope there is very little negative comments on your video. I'm glad you're back to more regular uploads. Keep ripping.
Proud of you Jeremy your brother is a AWESOME person as well ...Thank YOU for letting us be part of your family. Things will get better be strong and and take care.
I had a 72 240Z and a 78 280Z. That "ugly" spot from low to part throttle response is usually the Anti-Dive switch on the front side of the intake manifold, at least it was on the 78's. YMMV since the one you are driving has been altered...
Did not realize you had a brother, wish I had met him your dad was a very special friend of mine, his passing had a life long effect to my life. Its a rare day I don’t think of him!
🤘🏽🤘🏽 my feels are in full effect. Glad you got to have some fun and show a very fine 280z to your big bro. Juan is a definite asset if he has a beautiful example like that….. Only thing is those “American” bumpers are awful. This is actually really good content. I’d like to see more with your brother.
So sorry to hear about your brothers condition but it's so nice that you could do something so nice for him. You're both lucky to have each other and I wish you both the best!
God bless you Jeremy. I lose alot of respect for some youtubers the more I learn about them. Not you brother. Not you. I lost my brother 3 years ago. So this really made me smile.
Hello Jeromy. I am really Grateful that for some reason I hadn’t seen this video until today. I very much miss the Fasterproms content, you do the stuff that interests me. I have been a long time watcher, and wish you could even do a once a month video, just to keep people up to date. I feel that I have been on a Journey with you and the guys over the last few years, but it seams incomplete. I enjoyed seeing you interacting with your brother, there is a special bond there, it’s easy to see. Hope life is treating you all well.
Things for sharing this. Helps all remember things that are really important. Had a Z car myself. Both them and Rx 7's just feel cool to drive. Just lost my Z car in a barn fire and also my Toyota 4x4 Turbo, it was a sweet truck. But im thankful the house and everyone was safe. Life can turn in a second.
Thank whatever you believe in each time you can get together with your brother. I lost both of my older brothers before they had the chance to get old and I would jump for joy to be able to reminisce with them our past good times together.
A buddy of mine in HS had a metal flake bronze colored 280z about the same year 77/78. I drove it a few times and really liked the way that they looked but the narrow/long wheel base kind of messed with me cause I had a Triumph TR4 that I was used too that felt way more planted when hitting the twisty's! Cool that you got to give Mike at least a little ride and bring back some good memory's! Being a music guy myself who was into aftermarket stereos, maybe he remembers the old Craig Power-play 8 track's with the booster amp/EQ before cassettes took over and the first pioneer 6x9 co-ax speakers blasting some classic rock on the way to school in the AM.
“I’d love to find an 5liter Mustang, and race him” 🤣💪🏻🤟 your brother is all about the shenanigans just like all of us! Rock on Mike! 🏎💨💨 Jeremy! Thank you for sharing your awesome relationship and shared passion for cars with your brother Mike! Super cool stuff seeing him light up around that car make comments of all the old experiences he had with his old car 🤣 You’ve got a heck ton more people who share this awesome passion and love for you and the team at FasterProms than you do the nasty people who should Be paid no attention. Keep pumping out some content for us brother! We missed ya! 💪🏻💜
That smile and look on his face I know well going down memory lane Remembering crazy little things bout cars that ya loved Thank you for helping us remember those feelings Some people don't get to remember them as much as they should ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
Awesome to see this side of you… very passionate about your cars but also about your family. Loved meeting Mike. 👍🏽 in my mind he is always welcome to hang out.
Man I have to tell you something. Your brother's smile during that ride really warmed my heart Man! It was a pleasure to meet your brother! Much appreciated for sharing.
God bless you for being such an amazing brother and having such great people around you to make such a memorable moment happen. It literally brought tears to my eyes.
Pretty awesome seeing you and your brother out having fun. You guy's both had big smiles even with a dead battery. Pretty cool watching your brother and wuan nerd out datsun style too.
so glad u share this kinda stuff. we all need something positive an sharing stuff like this with the ppl u love is about as positive as u can get. the smiles when u make pulls.
As a now retired Datsun/Nissan Dealer Parts guy, I really enjoyed this video. (I still have obscure part numbers suck in my brain). Thanks for sharing!
That's a tough guy to have survived all of that and in great spirits to happy to be alive and be able to joke and smile still. Glad you did this for him
Man I can't like this video enough. Mike was ran over by a semi and look at em. Reminiscing about cars, talking about the glory days, enjoying life. God definitely saved him for a reason. That's one heck of a testimony!
Holy Crap! When the car died, that slow crank sound brought back so many memories instantly. I had a 76 280z 2+2 back in HS. And that dang battery was always dead!
love that you went ahead with this video, more people need to understand that a disability doesnt define you, i'm totally blind and love cars/anything mechanical, a lack of sight isnt gonna change that even though i've never driven more than a few feet on private property
For some who is a big z car fan I love the video but on top of that you are a truly amazing person it was nice to see you and your brother stuck in a his dream car
Definitely cool to see you posting. And also enjoying the thing you love with a brother. Man I wish I could call my brother that him and I share the common interest in cars. But unfortunately I know he won’t answer and or his wife won’t let him. 🤷🏽♂️ Thanks for sharing.
I had to tighten the preload nut on the top of the steering box on my Dart when I first got it back in the day. The wheel had a ton of play in it and it was a lot better afterwards and it only had 63k on it when I got it. It has the rare 16 to 1 fast ratio manual steering in it so a lot tighter steering then your normal Mopar A body. Glad you two got to go for a fun ride together. My step Dad had a Z back in the day and loved that car and had lots of cool stories about it 👍😍
@Jeremy This video made me cry brother. I am the handicapped one in my family, and the light in your brother’s eyes was enough to get 100k likes!!!!! I love this video. I hope he gets to see this message!!
I am glad you can still have enjoyment with your brother. I'm sure he won't forget the ride! Thanks for sharing.

Mike is a blessing for sure!
Jeremy, these episodes seem more relaxed and better flowing.

Good luck with future upcoming episodes.....just do what you’re doing

Shout out to Laz as well.
Living vicariously through you today sir. Lost my Bro to substance abuse a lil while back, love the Bro times we used to have, miss him terribly, but seeing you two together felt good.
Your brother is awesome! He has so much knowledge and just lights up talking about Z’s. Thanks for sharing this Jeremy.

Now days it’s LS swap, have a 76’ 280z ls’d myself. Definitely fun cars
The absolute joy on your brothers face was the highlight of the video, so glad you get to do this with your brother. Awesome video.

Hi FP from NZ it warms my heart that your brother survived his accident and is able to draw on his memory of his Datsun days, his smile was endless.
Jeremy, give your brother a
/HighFive for me and let him know there are platforms out there that will let him drive again via hand controls. Never let an injury keep your dreams out of reach. God bless you, your brother and the rest of the family. Merry Christmas my bro's.
It gives a new meaning when he keeps saying adapt and overcome. He really understands it. Mechanical problems are minor
Awesome to share those memories from your brother with us! He sounded like he had a great time. My brother did the same thing with his speakers. Brought back some memories to me. Thanks for taking us along. God Bless you and the family.
Was awesome meeting your brother, that was a special video. He's still got it, put him to work, that would be awesome seeing you work together

Love you bro for supporting your brother 1 million 💯💯🌹🌹🤜🤛
Lol it looked like the throttle was connected directly to your brothers smile great stuff man
A brothers love is like no other! I can tell he just truly enjoys hanging around with you and loved going back in time. He seems pretty knowledgeable about Datsun's! Can't wait to see this thing up and ripping again. P.s: 240's are cooler than 280's 😈

As soon as Jeremy put the Z went into full throttle, Mike had an instant grin ear to ear SO AWESOME
I had to watch this at regular speed.... I love the sound of those engines..
You're a good man, Jeremy..
Thanks Jeremy. That was a trip down memory lane for me too. God Bless you and your brother!

Mike is awesome! Definitely need to do more stuff with him. Anytime I can listen to an older car guy, I listen. 🙏💓🇺🇲

I asked my Mother for a little brother or sister and she said NO! It;s so cool that you have a brother and you two get along so well.
My grandfather had a 240Z in Europe, let me drive it a little when I was 13. What a fun car they were. Cool to meet your brother. 👊🙏🙂

It was good to finally meet your brother! I would definitely like to see him on the channel again. God bless!
Awesome, I can see the joy in his eyes.
The first car I built with/for my son was a 1977 280z. He learned everything he knows from these cars
that starter motor and engine fan sound so many memories, glad ur brother loves it the smile on his face is awesome well done mate
“I’d love to find an 5liter Mustang, and race him” 🤣💪🏻🤟
your brother is all about the shenanigans just like all of us!
Rock on Mike! 🏎💨💨
Jeremy! Thank you for sharing your awesome relationship and shared passion for cars with your brother Mike!
Super cool stuff seeing him light up around that car make comments of all the old experiences he had with his old car 🤣
You’ve got a heck ton more people who share this awesome passion and love for you and the team at FasterProms than you do the nasty people who should Be paid no attention.
Keep pumping out some content for us brother! We missed ya! 💪🏻💜
That smile and look on his face I know well going down memory lane
Remembering crazy little things bout cars that ya loved
Thank you for helping us remember those feelings
Some people don't get to remember them as much as they should
❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
Awesome to see this side of you… very passionate about your cars but also about your family. Loved meeting Mike.
👍🏽 in my mind he is always welcome to hang out.
Family is family, love is love. Anyone showing hate is only seeing what the person can't do rather than what they can and have achieved to get there.
Man I have to tell you something. Your brother's smile during that ride really warmed my heart Man! It was a pleasure to meet your brother! Much appreciated for sharing.
I worked at a Datsun dealership in the mid 70’s and drove a few 240’s. The 2000 was my favorite. The 510 was one of the best cars ever built.
I loved the way your brother would just start smiling bigger and bigger as you were getting on the throttle. Thanks for sharing!!!
Nice car fosure. My dad had a sweet 280z and celica supra back in the day when he got off the muscle car train for the jdm train xD
Awesome video, really emotional. Thanks for sharing and making us part of that memorable experience.
The smile that would appear on your brother’s face when you were accelerating was just great.
Thank you, Jeremy for the PFI Speed t=shirt! That man changed my whole life!
Jeremy, This was an excellent video with your brother! This was a "EVERYTHING THAT IS CHRISTMAS" video!!!!!
I had a 240z in 93, loved it it was a small block swap! Now my son and I have a 260z all original! Love it more.
That's a tough guy to have survived all of that and in great spirits to happy to be alive and be able to joke and smile still. Glad you did this for him
This vid definitely hit different my dad has got acquired brain injury cant wait to see your brother smiling again in the future 🤙🏼🇦🇺👌🏽💪
Beautiful video, always good to see someone's face light up with a good memory
Glad you did this for your brother, you're a good guy. High five to you both!
Mike seemed to enjoy getting to be a Datsun guy again... I love seeing this kind of content!
Thanks for sharing.
God bless your brother. I’m sorry that happened to him. He seems like a great man. Lots of knowledge hiding in there. I hope he’s happy. Seems it.
My step Dad had a Z back in the day and loved that car and had lots of cool stories about it 👍😍
This made me smile so much! thank you for sharing! God bless!
Both of my gpas had strokes and lasting issues from them. Glad to see your brother get enjoyment from that ride.
Thanks to Juan for allowing you to share this with your brother and us.
Your brother seemed stoked about the car bring back memories, hope to see your brother on the channel again
Great content Jeremy! Sorry about your brother, but he seems in great spirits! Thanks for sharing!
