Believe it or not when I was 17 years old I used to do the new vehicle inspections on those.. Gm dealership, did all in the 86-88 era. been working on cars since I was six , since my father turned wrenches. As a kid that age I fell in love with the irocs and Monte Carlos of the era.. Don't see any this clean anymore. That car is awesome!
for some reason i don’t believe you
@@busted1396same. How does a 6 year old know how to repair a car..
You absorb a lot at the age, he might not have been fixing the whole car but maybe his pops was letting him wrench in things he told him to with supervision. Small stuff but big shit in the long run
23 with 15 years of experience 🙄
I want to see your fathers corvette. Of all the vehicles you have worked on on this channel, that is the one that just does it for me.
You have so much history with it, and I want to see what you're able to do with it using today's technology vs what your dad had to work with.
Same
I hope he lets us in for the finish of it...would love to see that thing run in the 8s
Glad to hear from you!!
I’ve had a lot of Camaros and Mustangs over the years, but my 88 IROC, is still my favorite car that I’ve ever owned. Bright blue. Loved that car.
Glad to see a new vid from you
Absolutely beautiful IROC
I have an 87 IROC and this is done so freaking clean. I have an LQ4 I'm gonna install in mine
This is gorgeous! When I was 19 (I’m 50 now) I almost bought a mint 88 IROC in dark grey. I wanted that car so bad, but the guy wouldn’t budge off of 8 grand. Too much for me at the time. It was the one that got away.
I remember these from back in the day, never seen anyone riding around with a laptop hooked up to it, haha. All joking aside, that thing is sweet!!!
Very nice! Still have my 88 IROC Z.
Red Iroc Z was the first car I was over 100MPH in. My uncle had just bought o e brand new and picked me up to take me to my dads softball game. We got on the highway and he was like hold on we’re running late, lol.
Literally my favorite car ever. Third gen has always been the most striking car that’s easily attainable 🤘🔥
Always look forward to the love you spread in your vids these days.
Sweet IROC. Don't really see these anymore.
Keep up posting! I always watched and enjoy the content brother. Gotta get your dad’s corvette up and going fast again! Keep it up Jeremy
That thing is fucking amazing....Thats actually the real IROC-Z as well..some people don't know the difference.....super sweet
Exceptionally clean! Beautiful car and beautiful install! Perfect power level for a fun street car as well. Not everyone wants 1000 plus rwhp.
Beautiful. I had an 85 and would love to see that up close
I,always loved the IROC. My buddy had one in high school. Black. I think it had a 305. But it was fun. Not built but I really liked that car. It spun tires a bit. This was 97. So it was an old car by then. I’ve often thought if I had the money, the IROC was a car I’d want to do a build on. And this one takes it. So clean.
I own a 1987 Mustang GT. But Inwould love to have an Iroc from this gen. Always loved these cars 👍
Great to hear from you! And showcasing such a beautiful IROC!
Man thats nice. We had an 86 iroc vert when i was a kid
That is an amazing iroc!! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Beautiful car Jeremy. I became an LSA blower fanatic starting back when you guys did the LSA in Leroy. I now have a forged 408 LSA blower motor in my C5 Corvette. Thanks for the inspiration!
Would be cool to update an old iroc with new suspension up to date everything that car would be super nasty man hell ya
Love it, another masterpiece on the road still today!
One of my old bosses had a perfect completely stock black IROC. Was his first car. Tried to buy it from him.
That's a really clean car. Miss your videos brother. We want more!
I used to have a red 1991. This bring back memories! Such a nice build!!!!
So clean! Nice job Craig
Great content thanks for sharing
Talk nerdy to me!!!!!
How ironic....I literally just thought about you yesterday brother.
That’s GAY😂
@@mikecrystalrobert7898 Grow up bruh
I love the cars out of the 80s and 90s.
I grew up on 3rd gens. Love this. Beautiful car, thanks for sharing Jeremy!
Beautiful IROC. I've had a half dozen or so third gen Camaros and Trans Am's, and loved them all, but the 82-84 Z28 is my favorite.
Badass ride
Beautiful car!! Somewhere I have a blank "chip" for that car I just can't find it.
OH MY ..... not a huge 3rd gen fan but this one might change my mind....
3rd gens are one of those cars that if clean and done well can look really nice. But, if even just a little off or raggedy they look like junk from the trailer park.
My friends 79 Trans Am had stock 273 gears, he put a built up Olds 455 in it and swear he never got that car to the 8000 redline because he had to lift out at about 160 MPH do to the air lifting the front so much you would loose steering. FUN times LOL
I unironically love the 3rd gen camaros, and often daydream about doing something similar to this. LS + LSA swap, 6 speed manual, full interior. Love those cars. 80s-90's cars are the best.
Omg that cars beautiful! It's a shame we didn't have this technology back then!
Love the build, perfect mix of old and new.
Very pretty. Someone loves that thing.
Been awhile brother glad to see ya
Glad the beard is coming back.
Stunning build!
OK, so...... I have A LOT of questions.
1. Didn't you see the body flex when you were on the dyno?
2. Don't you have any frame supports to prevent the frame twisting?
3. Did you know that's why these cars are SUPER dangerous? The body flexes at high torque making only two wheels touching the ground at max power output. It sucks when you drag race and the car starts to turn sideways immediately.
4. Did you know that the frame twisting was the reason GM limited the HP?
This and the notch fox body mustang are my dream cars. One day I will own both one day. Beautiful car. Sheesh
Beautiful car and always great to see you brother!
Those IROCs were the Kias of the 80s. Super easy to steal. Not with this IROC tho, column changed. Love the way it sounds, good for the heart n soul. 🇺🇸
They had the resister chip. It wasn't easy to steal.
Perfect color, engine and wheels
I like the push button start integrated into the colunm
Simply beautiful.
That’s what you call an old man with a 18 year old New Hart 😂😂 love it
Thats a beautiful car. I love the 3rd gen camaro and trans am's.
Thank you for sharing.
My buddy has an all original iroc with 200 original miles!
I don't know about the baddest, but stitched by slick built 1 called Hillary banks.. that 1 is amazing. Especially with the c8 interior
BADA$$ very nice and very clean 🔥 and it’s red my favorite color oh yeah
The only IROC ive ever seen that clean, was built by Lingenfelter at the Indina, PA car show. They had an AWD Corvette too. That was back in 2004.
miss your weekly videos..
Glad to see you on.
i had one back in the day too. NICE !!!!
I work at a transmission shop, we just got an HP tuner for doing transmissions, would be awesome to learn some things from you if you do transmission stuff at all
Little High on the Entry music Audio but Glad to see more Post from you!
Suddenly a wild "Jeremy" appears. Everyone liked it.
We need some content on the legend. That car was and still remains my favorite.
Yeessssss
Exceptional Build!! Beautiful!!!
100% USA right there!!
Happy to see you back 👍🏻👍🏻
beautiful work!
I'm not a Chevy guy but I do love a good I ROCK.
I'm more of an import guy and even I love those IROCs. That thing is clean.
Dang that thing is rad!
It’s been awhile since
My favorite Camaro ever and with this motor an absolutely amazing car. That Camaro should easily beat a modern day Camaro due to the weight difference.
Yooo 🤘😮 that's sick very nice build always wanted to mix old school Camaro with new gen Camaro stuff that's perfect blind of old school and new school
Where did you get those amazing wheels?
I was wondering the same thing.
Great car
Clean ride!
First of all the car is beautiful I'm 44 years old so ya remember my dad bought a red z 28 and in 86 bought a iroc z from the showroom black red interior t top car but unfortunately it got stolen 3 times in the first year 😢 anyway love the car and like always God bless 🙌 🙏
Yeah buddy
That car is awesome I wish I could have 1
Thanks Jeremy. Now I've got to sell 4 cars to properly swap my iroc. Dare to see how long the t5 holds up?
Awesome Camaro. I still prefer the all motor DSE-Z.
Love those rims.
Missed you man ❤
Father timing!!! 🎉
Dude, hell yeah!!
Yeah I’m 10 seconds in and yes
Sheesh, that thing is 🔥
Absolutely beautiful 😍
Beautiful car super clean

Bolt it to the original ECM bracket
