They have a annual boiler inspection by a qualified inspector . Every 10 years the boiler is stripped examined then pressure tested to 1 1/2 its working pressure.
Oh well, perhaps in my next life loverly to see these old ladies being looked after so well.
I bet that ground is so compact that a backhoe would have problems digging a hole. Love these shows.
