This stretch is going to help you feel so much better in your entire body! Make sure you use this at least 3x this week and schedule it in like an appointment with your muscles that you don't compromise! Use it anytime you need movement, blood flow, and a good stretch is always a good use of your time!

I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Sydney I just want to thank you SO MUCH for helping me become stronger physically and mentally. Im just your avg 16 year old, but since I was in 3rd grade I was always second place or lower when it came to racing. By the time I joined my highschool cross country team I was always anxious I would get moved down from the varsity team, I was barely making the cut and my mind was not taking it well. By sophmore year My mind and body became worse, I was in a slump and didnt want to do anything, I dreaded going to practice and competing since I was struggling a lot both physically and mentally. I had a horrible season and had no hope for the upcoming track season. *Thats when I came across you.* i started your workouts just to lose some body fat since I wanted so badly to look "skinnier" but as I continued your workouts I realised I was becoming faster, I started catching up to my teammates at races but still not being able to stay with them till the end. Thats when a padenmic happened. I was thinking of just giving up everything and enjoying my time from home when suddenly I felt guilty for missing your workouts. I started doing your workouts 4-5 times a week along with some running. My mentality was changing so much in a positive way as well during this time. By the time August came and Our school was allowed to host practices, I shocked everyone. I began beating all my other teamates, working harder than the rest, LITTERALLY going the 2nd mile. My coach was suprised and pleased with how hard I was working to improve, so I was named Captain. Now I'm at the top of my team,district and division. All thanks to you!!!! You helped me in so many ways!!!

I found this channel at the beginning of the pandemic, lost my job, my CrossFit class closed. I was not motivated to workout at all. Then I found Sydney in my life, and I’ve been working out every day. When my classes reopen they doubled the price of the membership and I decided to stick with Sydney. I never looked back, I can workout anywhere, anytime, just need my iPad.

Stretching is so challenging for me. I struggle to relax and slow down so the slow pace of a stretch is just hard. But I did it. And feel great. Need to take this feeing into stretching more during the week. 😁

During quarantine (March, April, May) I was more committed to stretching. I have got get back to that! After today I can see that I have lost some of my flexibility and I believe what Sydney tells us, so I just need to commit to doing this daily not just during cool downs and Sundays!
