  • After hours of searching for parameters that work well with each other, I finally got a setting which can do a 2min 20sec Benchy very stable.
    This is now a good base to dial in the extruder to this enourmus speed and accelerations values, to get a bit better quality.
    Printer Features:
    THE100 with my 4WD mod (CoreXY)
    Motors LDO 2504AC ... LDO's indestructible workhorse
    Stepper Driver TMC5160
    Powersupply Meanwell 24V/300W
    Meanwell 48V/300W
    Hotend Self developed on a Phaetus Rapido Base (about 113mm³/s flowrate)
    Filament PLA @ 250°C
    Partcooling CPAP WS7040
    Extruder Voron M4 powered ba a 48mm stepper
    Slicer ORCA 2.1.1
    Print parameters:
    First layers speed 850mm/s
    General layer speed 875mm/s
    Accelerations up to 185.000mm/s²

    Hello Volgger, respect, I think Monika is starting to get worried...😬 How many million steps does your smart watch actually show after a speedboat? Afterwards you'll probably go to the Stamm-table and brag about it...😂
