Is your bed staying level? My bed sags a bunch and when leveling Z it's always off a bit causing first layer issues. I see you have Z endstops, pretty sure that would fix my issue too. I tried a Biqu probe but due to the bed sagging it wasn't working so back to the old way again. I plan to re-print the bed utilizing the Space Edition version as I have longer bearings but it still sags. Just looking to get it more level. Weights don't even help, then again I bough this 2nd hand after I think the original builder gave up. Unit had some cracks etc but I fixed them all with plastic welding.
So the long bearings are a must have on z axis. With the short ones I never had success 😞 Also the independend Z axis with seperate tmc2240 and seperate endstops did a lot of magic. Never had any issues. One time setup lasts for hundreds of prints without any re-adjustment

Nice! are you running 48v on the motors?
Yes of course - in my opinion it is not possible on 24V
Yes, that also works with 24 V and 2.0 A. 🤘😜🤘
Amazing 😮 for more cooling, you really need a RSCS (Aux Fan) from the VzBoT
I had an aux cooling before, but than switched over to a CPAP fan.
But yes I agree .... an additional aux fan will help for sure!
Looks like toothpaste.
Amazing speed!
