I have a pair of white Adidas Lite Racer 4.0s. They aren’t as dirty as these shows but they have stains in them that are hard to get out. I don’t know if the orange dish soap I have will stain them and possible change the color or not. The fabric stains really easily
I spot treated my son's BRAND NEW ultra boosts with a laundry stain spray then rinsed them and put out in the sun. There are now yellow stains and I dont know if its from the sun or the stain cleaner. What should I do to restore the glowing white??? I'm so mad at myself, they were $200!

Yes, but it will take a long time, so I wouldn’t worry about it if you’re cleaning them every once in a while.
